Hi there, We have taken drastic steps to adapt our service and customer experience to operate safely under the current government guidelines. Not only are hand sanitiser stations in operation, but we have also gone completely contactless, in regards to payment and the delivery of drinks and food where possible, staff wash their hands every 20 minutes, use gloves where applicable, and sanitise their hands between each serving or handling of customer drinks, plates or cutlery. Not only that, but we also sanitise any items that are sent to tables e.g. Salt and pepper shakers, as well as daily health and safety checklists and monthly risk assessments. We do apologise however that you didn’t feel safe, especially in the current pandemic, as customer experience is our absolute priority. We couldn't have prepared for the volume of food we sold throughout the day, and we therefore had to make several changes to our dinner menu. Hi Salc71, thank you for taking the time to review us and thank you for highlighting the concerns you had on your visit. All feedback mentioned by our customers is very important to us and we take it very seriously as we're always looking for ways in how we need to improve. I have spoken with the head chef and we have made it certain we have enough ingredients to ensure we can run our Sunday roasts throughout the whole day so we don't run out and upset any of our guests. Due to the previous week in January being very quiet we were being a little bit too careful as all of our ingredients is fresh and we didn't want to over do it judging by how quiet it was the first week of January. It's a shame you don't want to try us again, i can assure you this was just poor judgement on our part and wont be happening again.
