Went here with a group recently, and we were actually the only people in the place for much of the afternoon, but the manager decided that decided that he didn't want to serve us any more - for no particular reason that he wanted to discuss with us. - Too old? - Not as young and pretty as the group that had just arrived? Not sure why - but try the Masons Arms down by Battersea Park station. Just as good, better beer, and much nicer toilets. They looked after us in fine style.

Thin end of the wedge-- empty bar due to slow service and overpriced drinks. Slowest service in London by totally indifferent staff. A badly run place.

I have been there several times, and it's very nice. I like the decor, and I like the garden which is amazing (open till 23). I tried italian aperol spritz and it was superb! During the week days there is the 2 4 1 (2 aperol for 9£). Sometimes there is live music which is good and you can also eat in there and organize big groups parties! Free except on weekend nights Highly recommended

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. A derelict bar where rude & slow bartenders try hard to bring the atmosphere down. “Have a cry” is not an uncommon comment at the bar, when you try to enjoy a very limited happy hour on a night out for your birthday.

Big group of mid twenties were looked after by Sam and Tim who couldn’t have been more friendly. Bonkers band later on and yes it’s scruffy but fun. Sadly no food on as kitchen being refurbed. Shout out to John Fairhurst the blues man from Wigan from his namesake also from wigan
