Had a Thai massage. The masseuse (Paulo) was very capable - it's probably one of the best Thai massages that I've had so this was the big plus. However, the venue was only ok. The changing rooms are very small - and you can clearly see into the female changing rooms from the side windows/public area whenever anyone opens the... More

I have been here twice and have enjoyed a Traditional Thai massage on both occasions. The reception staff have always been friendly and showed me around the changing facilities and how to use lockers. On both occasions, my therapist has explained that the traditional Thai massage involves a lot of stretching and strong pressure applied to various parts of the... More

Great place, shame about the service! Despite given the slot straightaway, the first therapist can't carry out my massage and the guy came in to explained about the reasons as I told them I'd like a strong massage with little oil. Then, the second therapist (Nina, I think) came in, repeat what I told the first therapist and her replied... More

Management response:

I am sorry that you had such a disappointing experience during your recent visit to Thai Square Spa. The treatment that you opted for, Back,Neck,Shoulder with oil for 30 min, is perhaps less effective as a deep tissue style of massage. For this I would recommend the traditional Thai massage without oil for 30 or 60 mins as being more suited... About every 6 weeks I treat myself to a wonderful body scrub and massage at this spa. My therapist today was Reka. We were 'new' to one another and, when she asked whether there were any health issues she needed to be aware of, I mentioned my rotary cuff/shoulder impingement problem. Long story short, during the blissful massage she also... More

We are very sorry to hear that you felt this way about our Spa. From our understanding, they really enjoyed themselves at the Spa. We have put them both (your mother and godmother) with our experience therapists and the therapists carried out the massage as they requested. With regarding to the hair treatment, our therapists would put the pre-wash first... More

I had a very disappointing visit to the spa for a 90 minute 'Himalayan Ritual' massage, having had some better visits when the spa was based in Covent Garden. The changing room was small, with no towels (I requested one from the cleaner), and the receptionists seemed disorganised when I arrived and in paying when I left. The ambiance was... More

NINA! Every six weeks I treat myself to a body scrub and massage with Nina, who works her magic, relaxing tight muscles and easing all my aches and pains. My favourite spa, and my favourite therapist. Highly recommended.

Finished my meetings yesterday and bumped into Thai Square SPA. Went inside to ask more info about the massage offer. Surprisingly the lady said that they always have 1 availability open for walk ins. That's what I call a good service. The venue, location, as a matter of fact everything was 'wow' considering the price range: £60 a basic Thai... More

I had a lovely hair cut at Thai Square Spa, as soon as you walk through the door the ladies and gent were very attentive and thorough in such a relaxing atmostphere. Angela who cut my hair was amazing asking exactly what I wanted and advising along the way - nothing was rushed unlike some other salons - I would... More

Staying in Trafalgar Square / Embankment

Neighbourhood Profile
Trafalgar Square / Embankment
With its iconic Nelson’s Column, majestic oversized lions and brightly-lit fountains, Trafalgar Square is not just considered the heart of this bustling London hub, but the very core of the city itself. Beyond this esteemed gathering place are more famous icons, as well as a disproportionate numbers of the city’s most popular cultural attractions including the National Gallery and many West End theaters. Along the way to these major sites are quiet lanes and antiquated pubs to discover, as well as riverside vistas to enjoy on the embankment. With a calendar full of celebratory events, any time of year is a fine time to visit.
