We went to see Motown the Musical and really enjoyed the show. However the seats in the Grand Circle were really high up with loads of steep stairs which did not do us any good as we are both pensioners and found them very tiring to get up and down. We would recommend the show, it was wonderful and the... More

A group of us travelled over from Ireland for the weekend. We went to the Mowtown show and absolutely loved it. The staff checking hand bags at the entrance were very polite when searching our bags. We were right at the top of the theatre and there were a lot of stairs to climb. This could be a problem for... More

Motown the musical the staff are aggressive and rude. I was followed by 3 security staff into the toilets just because we was enjoying the show. I have never been treated in such a condescending mannor before in all my life. Also the theatre receptionist need to sort out their customers service skills extremely condescending

Visited to see Motown the Musical but although the seats had an excellent view the leg room was very limited for anyone over 5 foot six tall On a plus side the Musical was fantastic and bar service was very good..

Excellent show , lively and entertaining . We were in the grand circle ,and bought the hindered view seats £45 each, because I couldn't justify spending £151 on a ticket each ! And they were the only ones left ! So I took a chance on them , we had a fabulous view yes we were in the gods but... More

I got tickets for my parents wedding anniversary as I know how much they love Motown. The opening of the show was amazing and as any normal person would we started to dance along (in our seats ). Next thing I get a tap on the shoulder to tell me to stop dancing by a very arrogant security guard. We... More

Came to the Shaftsbury Theatre for the first time to see Mowtown The Musical. It's lovely inside some really great architecture. However it is quite a small theatre and we were sat in the dress circle which was horrendous. Don't get me wrong it was a great view but the seats had no leg room at all. Throughout the show... I saw Mowtown at this theatre and everything about it was brilliant. Getting in and showing tickets were easy, nice bar, decent leg room. The show was incredible but i advise reading up about it first!
