Great mural of a great man but at time of visit (August 2016) there was scaffolding up, which was a shame but Portobello Road is always worth a visit.

Joe Strummer used to hang out in Notting Hill Gate. There is a Rough Trade Record shop nearby which has a secret basement record shop with posters and so on. The pub catty-corner has great burgers.
