We have eaten here on numerous occasions over many years and absolutely loved it. Our last visit was very Special. My husband had booked the private dining room for me to celebrate my special birthday with all my family. The food ,cocktails and service was just wonderful and helped make it a very memorable evening. I can’t believe this wonderful venue has now closed down, such a shame, it will be sadly missed by many people.

This one of my favourite places to go in London if you want to go out st night! The cocktails are very good, the garden is just awesome...and there a barbecue all night long if you want to eat something between two dances ! I hardly recommend

I lived nearby in Holland Park for three years in the '90s and never knew this was here. Discovered it existed a couple years ago while back in town on business. I'd return from time to time but could never find the place open to the public. Then one sunny Sunday afternoon in November, on my final day in town, I wandered up through Kensington New Town and Kensington Square Garden to find to my delight that it was open! You enter on Derry Street just off Kensington High Street. The southeast corner of the roof affords a beautiful view out over Kensington toward Chelsea. The rest of the roof has a variety of gardens, colonnades, some with seating, and a variety of architectural styles. It even has a little pond containing flamingos and ducks. I spent an hour up here enjoying the sunshine and solitude (virtually no one was around). I can't comment on the restaurant or bar but I'd certainly return for a drink with friends.

The views and atmosphere at the roof garden are first class. The attention to detail including heaters and big soft blankets on the roof to wrap yourselves in during the UK's cold period are first class, looking directly at St Paul's with a cocktail in your hand in Dec on the roof is amazing. The cocktail choice is very good and includes 6 hot ones with some unique ingredients. The cocktails range from £8 to £12 and are good value. The food is also excellent and just like the cocktails have some unique ingredients, my favourite was the Ham Hock and Pigs Trotters fritters. I can highly recommend this venue for both a romantic evening and also for groups.
