Have a personal interest in this memorial as my great uncle is listed here along with his shipmates. Historic setting and sits in pride of place in Londons busy tourist area.

Close to the Tower of London, nice memorial architecture, cleverly designed and also a relaxing spot to spend some quiet time. Many attractions nearby too.

The memorial is a good one and well positioned within the beautiful gardens at Trinity Square. When visiting the Tower of London take a few minutes to heard over the main road to get here.

I had no idea that this memorial was here and passed by on our way to meet the family. We didn't have long but found it a very poignant place. Peaceful and well cared for.

Reminded me a bit of Menin Hate with the inscriptions of loss merchant navel personnel engraved on the gate. It is set in a lovely park.
