Very cool experience. Nice staff and great food and drinks. We felt very entertained! The Grinch Quiz was awesome.

We did the paddington Christmas tea. Best experience in London. It's so well thought out and executed, fun, engaging and value for money! The food was incredible and the treats out of this world. A must do when you visit London

On the day of our visit there were disruptions because of protests which were beyond anyone’s control. However the notification of change of meeting place came very late and the bus did not arrive at new meeting place. I phoned to explain further road closures and was told someone would come and look for us. We waited with 3 other family groups. It was just by chance that someone went looking for the bus when it was well past the time we were told it would arrive. Luckily this couple came back to get us. I have poor mobility and found it tricky walking the extra distance to find the bus.
I was disappointed no places of interest were pointed out. We just had Christmas music playing.
The food was nice enough. I had more sandwiches on my gf tea but my husband just had two little finger sandwiches, one small scone and a couple of mini cakes which seemed a meagre offering for the price. Others on the same tour had a lot more on theirs and were given extra scones. Just think it is quite expensive per person. We didn’t starve but we had left home very early in the morning and had
gone without lunch so we had room for our tea.

This was a gift for my sister who recently was recovered from a major operation. So , initially I had booked the 3 pm Christmas lights bus tour. Due to having a very bad experience with the London Black cab service we missed the bus tour. I called B bakery customer service and spoke to Alexandra. She was so helpful and told us that she can put us on the 5:30 pm Grinchmas bus tour from Victoria coach station as there might be a cancellation. which was a 50/ 50 chance. So, luckily, the staff were already informed of my predicament and we got our seats . Not only any seating but the best which was table 10.
Now, the trip was amazing, we saw the Christmas lights and took photos. The food was good and they cater for every choice and we had opted for halal. The staff on board were helpful , joyful and were very attentive. Im bad with names but they were all so lovely. Would highly recommend them. Especially, if you are someone looking for halal option. Even in a big city like London, they were so accommodating, considerate and had a human touch unlike others who are only after money. They made my day and my sister's. Thank you x

We were disappointed if I’m honest, the cakes were lovely although the scone was tiny but the bread on the sandwiches was hard. Due to the traffic we missed out on most of the tour and only got to Marble Arch then had to loop round again, surely London is like this every day at rush hour so why not advise people when booking for that time slot that it’s a possibility or do an alternative time. Chap doing the commentary was fab but it took forever to get a drink. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend or rebook as I’m sure they’re better options.

Myself and some close friends wanted to do this Afternoon Tea experience as it is on a Route Master Bus . We all have transport careers , so this was perfect .
Bridget’s website is very easy to use and book your experience . Nice map of the seating layout ( like booking your train seats!) and section for dietary information etc.
We chose to pick up the bus at Northumberland Avenue . When the bus arrived , you can’t board straight away , as the catering staff are setting up the plates etc. The slight issue with this was it started to rain quite heavy and there is no where to shelter . So if not prepared , you are now drenched before boarding .
Seats and tables are quite a snug fit . Also , from my experience wouldn’t book table 4 again ( downstairs) as the window was covered in print wrap on the outside of the bus and marred being able to look outside . I also found it abit too noisy to be honest . They have piped music ( Christmas tunes for this experience ) but was far too loud , so you end up shouting abit to have a conversation . This is then intercut with a recorded commentary about famous/historical information . Would’ve preferred just the commentary and sections of silence .
We had a selection of sandwiches and cakes - all beautifully presented and tasted wonderful; the super soft gooey marshmallow tartlets and the savory sun dried tomato & cheese mini muffins were stand out favourites for the table. You also get a choice of teas and coffee types given in a travel cup (that you get to keep !) - this is sensible as on a moving bus it fits in a cup holder section of the table : no hot drink in lap! We had also pre-ordered champagne for our experience. Just a slight grumble , in a restaurant , you present the bottle and leave it on the table , we were served a glass and the bottle was taken away . Maybe a bottle holder should be provided and we could’ve topped up ourselves and not have to flag staff .
The experience ( depending on traffic ) lasts approximately 90mins and covers central London areas including :Trafalgar Square, St.James , High Street Kensington ,Knightsbridge Westminster )
Overall a good Afternoon tea experience in a novelty setting with delicious freshly prepared food but for me personally , maybe turn the music down a notch so guests can talk to each other .

My daughter booked this for me as a birthday treat which was a lovely surprise. There were two buses and we were booked on bus 1. The organisation was excellent and we all had pre-allocated tables. Ours was upstairs and was laid ready for us. As it was a Christmas afternoon tea we had crackers too. Hot drinks were provided in a plastic cup with a lid which were ours to keep and drinks were refillable. The food was fresh and tasted amazing. Scones, jam and cream came round later. At the start we were warned about London traffic. I have spent a lot of time in London so had seen the sights many times. I still enjoyed seeing them from a different angle. It was nice just to each the world go by. Our hosts were Kyle and Kinella and they were attentive and knowledgeable. There was also commentary about the major attractions- highly recommend.

This was a fantastic trip! We had VIP front row upper deck seats on the Peppa Pig afternoon tea. I as the adult thoroughly enjoyed myself. My son has autism so I specifically booked the front row so he didnt have any distractions and it worked a treat! Staff were great and food was super! Got a lovely Peppa Pig flask as a free gift. It was my sons birthday and everyone sang him happy birthday!

Me and my boyfriend loved this tour! It’s filled with good vibes, fun and good music! We had some traffic during the tour but still managed to see the touristic points! The food is delicious and in the end we got to keep our the grinch cups!! The team was amazing, special thanks to Catherine, Michaels and Fabio ( I hope I got the names right). Totally recommend doing this 🥰
