I felt disappointed overall. I paid 280 pounds for 4 people. I feel this was very overpriced for what it was. The views are largely restricted, I thought we would see much more of London but it’s mostly shops and traffic. The food wasn’t that good and we got very water hot

I was disappointed as had booked the Jubilee bus but the bus we had was the Gin bus and the driver told us that they use that one from Northumberland Avenue as they have to use it there later on in the day. Had I known this I would have booked the bus from Victoria instead.

Dear JULIAH19, Thank you for your review. Our Gin Lovers Bus Tours are decorated, however, they are not Jubilee themed . When booking your tickets on our website, you booked a Gin Lovers Tour. On this tour, the menu is slightly different, and the drinks are gin cocktails. We do not have a tour guide, but only a pre-recorded commentary. We are sorry you were confused between the two tours as all our buses are decorated. We are happy to hear you enjoyed the tour nonetheless. We hope to see you again in the future. Kindest Regards, Brigit's Team

I attended a Bus Tour at 5pm on Wednesday 4 May, and have to admit, I was incredibly disappointed with the ‘experience’ for sadly more than one reason – which I will list below: The bus itself – appreciate it’s an older bus and that’s part of the charm – but it was a really

We loved the tour once it started. Food, tea, service, guide all excellent. A little slapdash beforehand. We were told to be early and the bus arrived at the last minute—and this was the first tour of the day. Do we recommend it? Yes.

Dear Cpenser, Thank you for your kind review. As mentioned in our Terms and Conditions, we are subject to traffic at all times and that was the unfortunate cause of the bus arriving at the last minute. We are afraid, this is something that is out of our control and it is very difficult to predict how long the delay is going to be for. We are happy to hear you enjoyed the tour and the food and that you felt well taken care of by our lovely bus staff. We look forward to seeing you again in the future. Have a great day, Brigit's Team
