The owners are very nice, and the staff polite, if a bit shy.. State what you want and how the pressure should be, and change your mind if you wish. You will then be treated to an excellent, good value massage for the area. That I cannot recommend enough.

Awful customer service. Refused to honour a voucher given as a Christmas present, despite genuine health reasons (pregnancy, miscarriage and associated health issues) causing delay in being able to use the voucher. One to avoid at all costs.

An ideal place to escape the hectic city life and enjoy the beauties of the mountain We enjoyed massage service, however, we want to use Thai massage but they don’t have. I think they must add many service next time. The head massage was so relaxing with the hot towel they put on my head. Both our therapists were extremely professional. I can not remember their name, but they wear yellow clothes. When my friend come back to Da Nang, this will be our go-to Spa! Keep up the great work.…

I had rated Green Touch until today. However I've just returned from the most amateur, painful reflexology session I've ever had. The masseur obviously had no idea what she was doing - apparently it was her second day on the job. The receptionist didn't seem too bothered afterwards, which made things worse. Avoid, unless you enjoy incompetent and painful attempts at reflexology from untrained masseurs.…

I've been coming to Greentouch for about a year now and am impressed every time. Every aspect of the service is fantastic. The spa is very nicely decorated and the rooms are always spotlessly clean and well appointed. The staff are always incredibly pleasant and the massage consistently excellent.…
