We have used this company on six occasions now and they have been first class every time. The drivers are always on time and very efficient. The vehicles are clean and well maintained and can handle requested amount of passengers and luggage. I would recommend this compnay to anyone arriving at Heathrow and needing transportation to anywhere in central London or the surrounding area.

In the morning, the driver took 3 adults to some interesting small town sites outside London (LaCock, Bath, and Tetbury) - where we had the freedom to explore the shops and sites on our own. Then, in the afternoon, he was very conscientious about getting us to HighGrove (the private gardens of the Prince of Wales and Duchess of Cornwall) at the appointed time for our garden tour before returning to London. We were in good hands and we had an excellent tour.

driver was excellent and knowledgeable ! Provided local insight and we were very comfortable talking to him. The day tour was one of most enjoyable days during our 5 day trip to London

Great way to head for home after leaving the cruise ship. Our driver was waiting for us as we disembarked the Oceania Marina. We had a very comfortable ride up to Heathrow and appreciated some insightful narrative enroute the airport. Our private ride cost about the same as buying the transfer from the cruise line, but without the hassle if riding with 50 people and their bags. We plan on using this service for our future trips to the UK.

Our private tour for four adults was wonderful!!!! We were greeted at the airport, taken to our hotel to drop off luggage, and then on to a wonderful day of sightseeing. The correspondence before our trip was excellent and informative. I would definitely use this company again.

We were having difficulty locating a driver to take us to various places in England when luckily we found ADLG. We emailed them and asked if they could take us to several places in a two day period. Not a problem. The vehicle was immaculate and spacious. We had four adults and some of our trips were very long. We loved our driver as he was knowledgeable and very attentive to our needs. Don't waste your time with a London Taxi when you can have a great Mercedes SUV and a driver who knows England inside and out. We would use ADLG again and highly recommend them.

We spent two long days touring the country side and seeing places far away from London. Zaf, our driver took care of us and was great at his job. We would certainly use them again.

Avoid the crowds and tedium of public transit by hiring this car service. We used it to take us through the Cotswolds from London for the day. It was convenient and comfortable. Perfect for a day trip where you want someone to lead the way for you.

It is a high quality, reliable transfer service at a competitive price. Just sit back and relax while your personal chauffeur takes the hassle out of travel! Today's flying experience has become quite exhausting and frequently aggravating!! Arriving, you are often depleted by the myriad of inconveniences encountered. Therefore, it is an enjoyable feeling to be greeted by a capable driver holding a name-sign. At this point the journey begins to take on a wholly different character. Tip: Contact "Lisa" directly at ADLG Airport Express (adlg.co.uk) and she'll organize a comfortable 5-Star experience for you. That's what I do! Thanks Lisa!

We hired them to pick us up early from our London hotel (7am) and drive our small family group of 4 to Bath, Stonehenge and Lacock. Zaf was our driver and he was excellent. He drove swiftly and safely. We were in a wonderful roomy Mercedes mini-van, very clean and very comfortable. We stopped by Stonehenge first and he told us where he'd be waiting for us, since it was early in the morning, crowds were low and we got great pictures. We visited Lacock next and got to see several other small villages driving there. We also had lunch at Lacock. Zaf answered all our questions about the area. After Lacock we headed to the Roman Baths in Bath and he dropped us off as close as he could and told us where he'd be parked. He also gave us his phone number to call him if we decided to leave sooner. After visiting the baths, he drove us to the Roman Circus, where many of the Romans who used the Baths many years ago lived. He was knowledgeable and interesting, but he was also quiet when we napped! It was a long drive from London to Bath and then returning. Upon return, we ran into an accident and travel was really backed up. He knew where to get off the main highway and take other roads so we didn't waste our evening sitting in traffic. We were so appreciative of Zaf! When he dropped us off at our hotel, I forgot my coat in the back of the van and when I called a few minutes later, he brought it right back! I have used other travel services in many other cities, but I've never been as pleased as with this company and this drive. Just excellent! When I booked the transportation, I emailed with Trina and she was very helpful and very patience with all my questions too.

Can you pick us up at Heathrow- take us to the Warner Bros Harry Potter tour- wait for us there (with luggage) while we complete the tour- and drop us at Euston Station?
