Not flexible, no sense of what is so call private luxury tour. the agency is not flexible that not fit to the fit of so call private touring to our own time due to circumstances. highly not recommended. fortunately, the tour guide is very good, flexible and adaptable.

Thank you for your review. we will just complete the story of what happened here. In a 3-weeks period before your trip, we exchanged 54 mails, where you changed your plans completely 3 times: first Paris and London over Christmas and Boxing day, then the trip after Christmas, then finally only London. This period is the very high season in both cities, so we blocked and released our Chinese speaking guides several times due to your changes. Finally, we settled on tours, date and times: you wanted Bath and Stonehenge on Dec 27th with a minibus. Because this tour is already quite long, and with a minibus it takes even more time, we warned you that we needed to start at 7:30am to be back in the city on time. On Dec 26th at 9:30pm, you informed us that you wanted to start at 9am instead of 7:30am, because you were still at dinner, although we had a guide, a minibus and times tickets arranged for your tour, starting at 7:30am the next morning So we first told you no, then you put pressure on our guide who finally said yes and said she would figure it out. so that between 10pm and 11pm we had to rearrange a few schedules, contact our drivers so that everything would still fit into place for you AND for our other guests. Most of our guests understand that you cannot call an agency at 9:30pm in the evening and expect it to change all your plans supposed to happen the next day at 7:30am, unless there is an emengency. Just out of security and quality, we expect our drivers and guides to have a good night sleep before taking our guests on a 12-Hour trip at 7:30am the following morning, therefore we try not to disturb them at odd hours. Maybe you will call us not flexible, we are just a serious and professional agency. Regarding the luxury part of it: you were driven in an immaculate Mercedes Sprinter, as you say yourself, you had a very good guide, all the skip the line tickets were provided and we managed to change the times at no extra cost for you. You were not happy that we told you no, and that is why you put this review, although you did have a 9am start like you demanded and enjoyed both of your full day tours with our great guide.

We contacted Unique London via email and received a prompt reply from Carine. We booked 2 airport transfers, 2 cruise ship terminal transfers and a private day tour for a recent trip to London. All of the transfers were on-time using clean vehicles and with very friendly and professional drivers. Our tour guide Denisa for our day trip to Hampton Court and Windsor provided us with wonderful insight into both properties. She kept us on schedule and recommended a wonderful place for lunch. Our driver Maggie provided additional insight while navigating the very busy London streets. We would highly recommend this company to anyone traveling in Europe, you will not be disappointed.…

My family and I just made our first trip to Europe. I had initially booked with Unique Paris for the Paris part of our trip, and was so impressed by the company that I decided to try them for our London tours as well. Carine and Daria both worked with me over several months, via e-mail, to finalize my tour requests. Thank you for your patience! We scheduled several tours in London: 1. London in Depth (with both a tour guide and a driver) - London overview plus the Tower of London in depth; 2. Westminster Abbey & St. Paul's Cathedral 3. World War II tour 4. British Museum tour All details of each tour went off perfectly, and were delivered precisely as promised. I know we got so much more out of each destination as a result of the history and context that were presented to us. We were fortunate enough to have Denisa assigned to us for each tour. Denisa, who holds a hard-earned Blue Badge designation, was just superlative in every respect. She is incredibly intelligent and knowledgeable, a virtual walking encyclopedia on English art, architecture, and history. She worked well with each member of our family, including my two pre-teens of 11 and 12, and was consistently friendly, punctual (early, actually), and helpful in every respect. We spent quite a few hours with Denisa over the course of our week in London, and it was always a pleasure to do so. Thank you, Denisa, for everything! We send you our warmest wishes and thanks. Danny, our driver for one full day, was also excellent - friendly, warm, and an excellent driver. Should we ever return to London, as we hope to do, we would happily use Unique London - and will hope to be fortunate enough to be assigned to Denisa (and Danny) again!…

Visited London for a day from Paris and booked a whole day tour with pick-up and drop off at St. Pancras. Our guide, Rachel, was awesome! She is very knowlegeable and was entertaining to our 3 kids - ages 6, 8 and 10.

As a family of seven, with five children ranging in ages from 10-15, we were looking for a way to efficiently cover the traditional must-see spots in both Paris and London. Unique Tours provide us that and much more. We started our visit in each city with an all-day tour to help us check-off the must-see places and lay the groundwork for our unguided days, which turned out to be a wonderful introduction to each city. All of the children said the “tours” were the most enjoyable part of our trip. My wife and I agreed. Carine handled the logistics for Unique for each of our tours, and she made the process very easy. She was very thorough and responsive, even in the pre-planning stages when we were working on a 6 hour time difference. There were no financial surprises. All services were as advertised or better than advertised. Both of our guides, Pauline in Paris and Isabelle in London, were amazing, knowledgeable, adaptable, fun, funny, and very kid-friendly. Pauline and Isabelle both became part of our family during our full-day tours together. Their historical knowledge of the sites was invaluable and it made the trip memorable. They both provided us with insight to the local culture and gave us guidance on what else we might want to visit on our unguided days. They are wonderful people and great guides. We cannot imagine visiting another city and not using a private tour.…
