A Shopper's Paradise: Primark on London's Oxford Road
My visit to Primark on London's Oxford Road proved to be an exceptional shopping experience, despite a few minor areas for improvement. With an extensive range of options and unbeatable prices, this store is a true shopper's paradise. While there was a shortage of assistance from staff members throughout the store, it did not overshadow the overall positive experience. The immense variety of products available made it easy to find something for every need and style. From trendy clothing to accessories, home goods, and beauty products, Primark offers an incredible selection that caters to diverse tastes. Although the lack of clear signage indicating the location of product types was a small inconvenience, it did not detract from the joy of exploring the store. The thrill of discovering hidden gems and stumbling upon fantastic deals outweighed the minor challenge of navigating through the sections. The affordability of Primark's offerings is simply unmatched, making it a go-to destination for budget-conscious shoppers. The quality of the items for the price is impressive, allowing shoppers to stay on-trend without breaking the bank. The exceptional value for money is undoubtedly one of the store's strongest selling points. Despite the limited assistance from staff and the slight navigation challenge, Primark on London's Oxford Road remains an excellent choice for a shopping spree.

Jamal is the BEST primark manager
The manager at Primark Oxford St, Jamal, was so kind and considerate. He went out of his way to make sure that my purchase that I bought a few weeks ago was refunded and he was so kind. I have never experienced better customer service before. I needed help returning something that didn’t have its tag on and one of the sales assistant got Jamal to help. He said that whilst it wasn’t usually possible to do it, he would do it out of good will. He then refunded me the full amount of the item and was able to sort the issue out without any objections. I’m sincerely grateful for him and will definitely be popping by thanks to the immense help he provided me with. Thank you Jamal!

    Always Busy!
Primark has two stores in Oxford Street. One is close to Marble Arch and the other is next to Tottenham Court Road station. Both stores are very big so if I am wanting to get something from Primark I will visit one of these stores as there is a larger range here compared to my local store. You can get some really good deals on basic clothes like T-shirts, shorts, underwear and socks. I have found in the past that their formal wear is a big hit and miss and the colours fade quite quickly which is a shame. The only downside about visiting the stores in Oxford Street is that they are very busy and there is always a big queue for the tills. Despite them all being open.

Scammers! The worst customer support ever. They double-charged and never got our money back. Support, of course, did nothing to help.

my experience was so crap that i honestly wasn’t even going to leave a review - but after some careful consideration i think my fellow shoppers have a right to know. this store is unbelievably crap (now, i know i’ve already used the word crap, however there are not enough craps in the world to describe this shop!!!!) firstly, this shop made me feel like i was having a psychotic episode. it is so busy and loud, and full of rambunctious teens that i even developed an ocular migraine (peripheral). the clothes were strewn all around like a raging bull had just stormed through a china shop. MASS DESTRUCTION !!! broken hangers everywhere, socks on the floor, spillages and strange noises from the changing rooms !! what was supposed to be a nice shopping trip with my ladies turned into a nightmare on oxford street , that i wouldn’t even wish on my worst enemy (sandra from yoga). my advice to shoppers around the globe? ENTER IF YOU DARE !!!

The shop was as expected and i had a pleasant experience. However disappointed to learn they didn’t offer any loyalty cards or any form of points/rewards scheme.

This Primark is a little smaller than the other one close to Marble Arch.
It is a better option for you to do some shopping in here.
