When visiting London for the weekend we fancied a drink and was recommended this place by a friend for the happy hour. The drinks were amazing (I had the bueno cocktail). It was a really relaxing atmosphere and the bar staff were friendly. Will definitely be returning next time we visit.

Booked in advance to reserve an area, the £25 deposit is set up as a bar tab when you arrive. Happy hour cocktails, two for one are excellent. Great atmosphere, loved it.

I'm a massive fan of the be at one chain, and whenever I want fantastic cocktails for a reasonable price (go for the happy hour) this is my "go to" place. It once again lived up to my expectations on a Wednesday afternoon where a few of us at work fancied some great drinks. The menu is extensive and it's... More

Went here last night and believe that the barman with the backwards facing cap skimmed my card! Stupidly handed my card over to him to pay for drinks and he stalled for at least 45 seconds before actually getting the card reader even though there was no one else at the bar. He did not seem happy that the person... More

This bar is ideal to escape the usual Saturday night crowds if you fancy a couple of cocktails. The two for one happy hour on all cocktails is a treat, the service and drinks were very good and the play list was great too! Perfect place to start your evening.

Just happened upon this bar on the way back from the station, they run a happy hour from 3pm until 7pm, and we made the most of it. It's down a few flights of stairs but its a really cool place, lots of seats and the staff are lovely. They recommend cocktails and make them up whilst giving friendly banter.... More

As a regular customer I must say I love it there. Have my favourite cocktails and the atmosphere is great. However this is impossible without the Staff. I went last Wednesday and Andrea, Mattia and Frank were amazing. It's always so much fun to have a chat with all the Staff. Sophia as a Manager is doing a great job... More

Staying in City of London

Neighbourhood Profile
City of London
From its ancient past as a Roman trading outpost to its 21st century status as the wealthiest square mile in the world, the financial district known simply as “The City” is one of London's most historic and fascinating neighbourhoods. Here high rise office towers such as Norman Foster’s Gherkin mingle with Roman ruins and architectural marvels from virtually every era in between, including Christopher Wren's glorious St.Paul's Cathedral, and John Soane's dauntingly classicist Bank of England. This neighbourhood is also home to some of the finest restaurants and plushest hotels in Europe, in addition to an assortment of of watering holes, upscale shops, and Tube stations. During the week, the City is abuzz with white collar workers going about their business; the weekend sees this area turn into a quiet haven for sightseers.
