It was a really interesting experience and really brought to life Dickens’ London. Tour guide, Andrew, was really interesting and a great source of information about Dickens and his books. Thoroughly recommend.

This trip is a great chance for undergraduate/graduate students to explore their initial research question, passion and interests. It was very informative and eyes-opening. And Historian Andrew is well informed not only about the place itself but also the whole cultural and historical context. Highly recommended! You might be able to see things differently after this trip.

The tour was great. It was just the right pace, not too slow or fast, and gave so much information about an area of London that I never knew existed. The best bit was the Roman amphitheatre which was completely unexpected, and for the kids finding out one of the locations used for filming in Harry Potter.

Our guide Andrew was so knowledgeable and well informed. We saw things in London that we’d never seen before yet some of us had walked past them every day for 30 years! A Roman amphitheatre under the street, hidden grave stones, old city walls & historic plaques to spot.
Would totally recommend as something different to do in London.

Walked the Soho tour with my daughter. Andrew was our guide. I thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience and Andrew's knowledge of the area was great. Just the right amount of detail and facts . I'd recommend this to anyone.

We would highly recommend this walking tour and would all like to say a massive thank you to Andrew our guide for such an awesome week, very emotional but so very interesting,
Andrews knowledge was outstanding and he was an absolute ace guide making us all feel included, answered our questions and took time to show us places connected to family history

This is the second London walk we have done with Andrew and they were both brilliant 🤩 Andrew has so much knowledge and makes the walks really interesting and fun. Thank you. Looking forward to doing the Dickins walk at Christmas time !!

We had a wonderful walk with Andrew on Sunday 4th June. The weather was perfect and Andrew was so knowledgeable about all the areas we visited. We found ourselves in areas of London we had no idea were there and his friendly manner made the whole experience one to remember. Thank you Andrew, I’m sure we’ll be going back to the area to try out some of the pubs and for anybody looking to do a similar tour, look no further, you couldn’t be in better hands

The walk was actually Belgravia's Historic Pubs - London Walk.
Andrew the guide was already at the meeting place early, so after introductions we cracked on. Andrew was extremely pleasant, amenable and certainly had a great knowledge about the area, to which he explained and presented very well with lots of interesting facts added in! He did not rush the tour and ensured it went at the pace we liked. Went with my Dad (71) as his birthday present and he was so happy and impressed with it all. We will be booking the next one soon. Fully recommended.

There is so much more to the Square Mile than St Paul's Cathedral and the Bank of England. Andrew's tour gave us a fascinating insight into all the hidden details of a historic part of the capital city.
