I have an annual ODEON Limitless card, and see 2-3 films per week. I tend to avoid this cinema as every time I’ve been to see a movie here there is no advance selection of seating. It’s only a few minutes walk from three other ODEONs (Haymarket, Leicester Square & Tottenham Court Road), all of which allow you to select your seats in advance.

I really like this cinema and often go on my own in the day it’s really reasonably priced and never too busy. Nice selection of films from mainstream to independent as well. Staff are more approachable and friendly here than some
Of the bigger chains and competitors aground. Always a nice experience here.

I have been to many Odeon cinemas in London but today's experience at Odeon Covent Gardens was terrible. Very small and too cold for watching the Fly Me To The Moon movie for up to 2 hours....I couldn't even wait for the credentials to finish (which I normally do) as I stormed off from my seat in the screen 1. From the start until the finish of the movie one of the viewer was constantly coughing which was very disruptive .. it would be better if that viewer was offered any assistance from the cinema staff if possible. The price which we paid for 2 tickets £31.98 was simply too much. What we paid today was the discomfort, disruption , cold, annoyance and lack of assistance. I wouldn't even rate any star for the venue just the movie , the cast and storyline kept my interest.

The staff were very nice, helping us to navigate the ticket booking machine. Film quality good both for Nightmare Alley and for Belfast a day later. My God! The auditorium was so cold. I shouldn't have to sit in my coat in a cinema and still be cold. I asked them to put the heating on, but they didn't. They will blame COVID-19 of course, but that would be a pack of lies, since they could whack the heating up and still ventilate.

The Odeon Covent Garden has a unique piece of architecture on its outside and its been on display for free for a long time, its theme is drama through the ages, go see a film at the Odeon but check out the 130 foot long piece of art as well.

Having pre-booked tickets I was disappointed to have to join a queue to get in. A large number of us stood in the foyer right up to the advertised start time before being allowed in, when there was a free for all to get seats.
The film we saw was great, but the seats are far from comfortable and I was desperate to stand up by the end.

The screening rooms interior design and architectural design was weird. It was difficult to get a good seat and the lack of inclination was disturbing. Decent range of snacks and drinks. Nice staff & clean.

Lured in by the lack of $$, but they really have let the place go to seed.

I went to the cinema for a premiere. The seats all seemed to have good views of the film and sound was good so it was a good place to experience the film. Overall it seems a bit dated and could do with a bit of an overhaul. Staff didn't seem very friendly or helpful at any stage of the evening. It didn't help that our tickets said a 6pm start but we were told on arrival that event would start at 8pm, luckily we returned before 8pm so didn't miss the whole of the pre screening event.
