Our challenge yesterday was to get home from Heathrow to Stratford Upon Avon. Being a Sunday the trains were subject to engineering works so we explored getting a taxi. Quotes varied and some never came back to us. Finally I came across Majestic taxis which had really good reviews and their quote was competitive and not much more expensive than the train would have cost but the journey time was at least twice as quick and so much more convenient after a long journey. They turned out to be in line with these reviews so would recommend them. I found their email confirmation and regular texts giving me the driver contact details and then texts from the driver Ali reassuring and very professional. The driver was slightly behind schedule due to T5 being unusually busy but he apologised several times. The car was very comfortable and the journey very smooth.

Majestic Taxies was always very prompt and the whole time we felt safe with the drivers. We especially want to give praise to our driver, Yazi, who drove us most of the way around England. So relieved that we can hire this company each time we come to England.

This company was used for the first time recently during transport strikes for a trip to & from London. I chose them based on other online reviews. They are 100% safe, reliable, highly recommended. They provided us with vehicle information the night before each journey so we knew who to expect. Driver was punctual, super polite, helped with luggage, friendly and got us to our destinations safely. Vehicles on each trip were clean and tidy. If you want stress-free travel, choose Majestic! I won’t hesitate to use them again in the future.

I cannot praise enough the service level of this company, they have done way more than I would have ever expected to help my daughter from her arrival in LHR until they were sure she was safe in her accommodation flat in Birmingham. They even managed to arrive earlier than their opened slot so she did not have to wait in the airport. It will be the company we will use during the years to come.

Flying in and out of London but also needing to get to Manchester, I was a little overwhelmed about the travel logistics. I came across Majestic Taxis and I am so glad I did. There was a little communication difficulty initially as I did not receive emails and the time difference from Australia meant I was up when England was sleeping. Once I booked, everything was so easy.
There were 3 of us travelling so we needed to make sure that we did not have 3 large suitcases so that we could comfortably fit in the car. This was fine as I took a carry on size case and just gave a few things to my daughters to pack in their luggage.
We were met by our driver at Heathrow (apologies as I did not get his name) and he delivered us safely to our hotel. Completed the round trip from Manchester to London a few days later. Great service and I am so glad I did not need to bother with public transport. Would definitely recommend the service and would happily use again next time I endure the horrendously long flight to come over.

We used Majestic Taxis to drive us from Heathrow to Southampton following a long overseas flight. My wife and I travelled to the United Kingdom to take a couple of cruises out of Dover. Arranged for Majestic Taxis to pick us up at Heathrow and transport us to our hotel in Dover.
Our flight arrived at 6:30 AM and after clearing immigration and customs, made our way to our meeting point in Terminal 3 where we were greeted by Cameron, our driver. Together, we made our way to Cameron's car and had a very comfortable ride to Dover in his Mercedes. Cameron made the trip both friendly and professional.
Unfortunately, our cruise ship developed a propulsion issue on the second leg of the cruise and the cruise line was not able to get back to Dover as planned. Instead, the cruise line transported us back to Heathrow. Emailed Majestic Taxis that our return transport from Dover was no longer needed. They refunded our return fare as per our agreement.
I would not hesitate to recommend this company when needing transportation to or from London.

We used Majestic taxi to travel from Heathrow to Dover Airb&b and from Dover cruise port back to Heathrow. The cars are very clean. The drivers are very courteous and professional. The price is higher than from the cruise ship. But this is a private transfer, not a big bus like from the cruise ship. You don’t have to wait until everyone boarded and lots of stops. Majestic Taxi communicates well with me via email and phone prior to the trips and on the day of service. They responded quickly to my email. Highly recommended this company.

Hello, The average journey time from Southampton cruise terminal to Heathrow Terminal 2 is 1 hour 30 minutes but this can vary depending on the day and time of travel. There are currently weekend road closures along the main motorway between Heathrow and Southampton and this can also add additional time to the journey as you would need to take a different route. Please contact us by email for more information. You will also need to check with your cruise provider as to what time you can disembark.

I think you spoke to my colleague regarding this yesterday.
From the arrivals area to the car park its about a 1 minute walk. The longest walk at the airport is from the airport gate to arrivals. We would recommend booking wheelchair assistance through your airline. The assistant will take your brother from the plane through immigration, baggage claim and then to the car park after locating your driver in arrivals.
If you are flying back out from Heathrow, there are special drop off points where we can request wheelchair assistance to come and collect you from the car.
