Like a lot of other reviewers, I looked through the top few airport transfers in London and got a lot of flakey responses - a surprise given their rating! I was recommended Exclusive Airports by a work colleague and I was dubious as first because they had an offshore person “answering” my email who’s English was not their first language, and by “answer” I mean they failed to address any of my questions at all. But after I got a hold of someone on WhatsApp (see their website for details) in UK hours they were able to clear up my confusion.
It’s pretty much like Uber but better. You can track the driver’s location, they send you updates by sms and email, and you can prepay by credit card. It’s efficient, effective and all the drivers I encountered were fantastic. Helpful with luggage and my curiosity of London landmarks, courteous and most importantly reliable. That is critical especially when you arrive very early in the morning or when you need to battle london traffic when you depart. They confirm again before arrival, they turned up on time, the cars were clean and tidy, and there was absolutely no issue at all.
Having done a lot of due diligence on the other transfer companies, I’m glad I settled with this one. Keep up the good work guys!

I have used Exclusive airports several times. Communication, pricing and service has always been faultless. Their drivers are courteous and drive safely and their cars are always well maintained. Very hard to beat.

I have been using Exclusive Airports for more than 10 years. In the last few months their service levels have gone down significantly which seems to be a combination of rides outsourced to other companies (quality of cars and drivers is poorer) and also drivers worrying more about how they can save the airport parking ticket then picking you up on time and from the meeting point. In my last 10-15 trips (and I use them almost every week, sometimes twice a week) the drivers ask you to walk on your own to the parking lot (no matter how much luggage you may have) and look for them or even meet them at the departures (which is illegal) just so that they save £3-4 which is the parking ticket. Bank holiday weekend, with a pregnant wife, 3 pieces of luggage and waiting for the driver for half an hour as he was not coming inside the parking earlier not to pay the parking ticket despite numerous calls to inform him when we cleared passports and luggage hall.

The taxi transfer from airport to our accommodation was slightly late but the driver was very friendly and made us feel welcome to London. We enjoyed the ride. He was also very helpful in helping with our luggage.
However, the transfer from our accommodation to airport was not so pleasant. The car had a peculiar smell and the driver was not as friendly. The journey to the airport was smooth but a very boring one.

Great to hear the transfer for your collection was a positive one and that the driver set a good example on as to how service standards should be.
It a shame not all drivers understand what a difference a little effort can make for a customers transfer experience.

we received a phone call from Exclusive Airport Staff to confirm our reservation and pick up time. Driver was waiting for when we exited the terminal. Driver was courteous and the vehicle was clean. Very good service. I would recommend Exclusive Airport to anyone whe needs shuttle service from or to London Airports or cruise terminal.

Used this car service and very happy with the result! Scheduled two pick ups while in London and both worked out lovely! Nice drivers, clean cars and received text with ability to track car. Photo of driver and the license plate. Wonderful!!

Please, do not use this service despite the overwhelming good reviews! I was deceived by that and chose this company to pick up my family on our first vacation to London.
I will be brief; we landed on time and the driver did not meet up with us for over 2 hours and many phone calls later. I tried calling the company-it would pick up but disconnect immediately. Had the airport concierge try and they got the same result. The company did call me to find out where we were-exactly where we were told to be. We were standing in the area where other drivers were meeting their clients-our driver was no where to be found.
When he finally showed up, he was rude, complaining that he had been waiting for this job since 11:00 (he showed up at 1320) and didn't offer to help with any of our luggage. Walked ahead of us, never looking back. I asked if my daughter could ride up front as she gets car sick sometimes, he said no. His personal items were all over the front seat and he had put a carry on onto the floor board-"I'm already accommodating you."
Picked up my father and his wife at their terminal-which was another big fiasco for our driver even though this was the original order. He was rude to them as well.
His driving was so erratic that my daughter began feeling ill-we told him on several occasions without any response. When she finally vomited, he pulled over. Didn't offer to help, of course.
We asked him how far of a walk it was to the hotel and he stated 10 minutes, Myself, my husband and I got out to walk while the others stayed in the van with the luggage. Come to find out, we were 1.7 miles away from the hotel-not 10 minutes. He had not given accurate directions either. Thankfully, we met up with a nice bus driver who helped us with directions. Over an hour later, we walked into our hotel. My father texted us during our walk saying they had driven another 20 minutes before arriving at the hotel.
When I got on the website to review our trip, I was unable to do so. Wonder why?!
There are plenty of other great services-please use someone else!

I would like to unreservedly apologise for the driver’s despicable behaviour.
Let me assure you that we do take negative feedback regarding any aspect of our service extremely seriously, and highly encourage feedback both good and bad.
Drivers are licensed by a Transport for London department, The Public Carriage Office. It is on the basis of this license that they are recruited.
They are self-employed and work according to the rules and procedures that we detail, sometimes however they fail to follow those guidelines.
We cannot in any way excuse his behaviour or his actions. The driver has been suspended due to your comments and will have to provide a statement detailing his actions.
Subject to his statement, your feedback and dispatch information a decision will be reached concerning his tenure with our organisation.
Currently the implications of your comments suggest termination of his tenure at the earliest, however we do have a procedure that need to be followed.
If you do however feel that you would like to take the matter to a higher authority I have listed a link to the Public Carriage Office website they are the authorities in charge of Private Hire Operators and they are also the Authority that licenses drivers to enable them to work for companies such as ours.

In fact, I would actively encourage you to do so.
Drivers who provide such types of service not only let down themselves down but also give customers an entirely negative view of the company, and should not have the privilege of collecting paying passengers.

This complaint will be kept on file for the future perusal of the Public Carriage Office.
Once again I would like to apologise for the distress caused.

Are the prices per person or per vehicle? The website allows for 2 bags and 2 personal items. Is there a few for additional hand bags?

The prices are per vehicle.
Regarding the additional hand bags, if you have too many hand luggage you many need to upgrade your vehicle.
If not, there will be no additional charge for your additional hand luggage as much as the vehicle can accommodate.

Dear Customer,
Gratuities are something that a person offers if he/she is happy with the level of service rendered, hence its upon the customers call to offer a tip to the driver if they were satisfied with the service offered. There is no bar on the amount.
