where do I start….
By far the worst experience ever!!! - turns up late to pick us up , then drops us 20 minutes on a main road because he didn’t want to use a taxi lane due to road closure (when he’s a taxi??) he nearly crashed into 2 cars due to pulling out on people! The journey was awful. After being out the taxi for an hour we got a phone call to say our taxi for return has been cancelled as no driver was available! The return ride was booked weeks in advance and they do this to us on a Saturday night knowing full well we won’t be able to get another taxi!! Absolutely livid!!! I’m writing this review to warn people not to use these as I wouldn’t want anyone to experience what we did.

Scheduled a driver months in advance for transportation from the Dover cruise terminal to central London. Confirmed twice. One hour and fifteen minutes prior to pickup, they canceled the service. This left us on our own in dover and had to scramble to locate alternative service. Common excuse of car trouble used. Still waiting for a full refund. Do not recommend.

We booked a cab to the airport (one way). On arrival to collect us, they said they would have to check with the office regarding our luggage because we "hadn't told them" we would have luggage on our one-way trip to the airport.
They then spent 15 minutes on the phone deciding how much extra to charge us, and condescendingly told us they "weren't running a charity" when we were surprised and annoyed about the £13 additional fee for putting suitcases in their empty boot.
I have NEVER been charged extra for putting bags in the boot of a cab. If a company charges extra for this, they should tell you about this up front. If you are booking a cab to the airport, they should ASK if you have luggage and tell you they will charge extra so you can tell them to get lost and book with someone else.
I will never use this cab company again and I will tell literally everyone I can about this disgusting business practice.

I've used this company a number of times and though I gave them the benefits of the doubt on a number of occasions I will never use them again. Issues including a driver telling us he has arrived at the airport whilst he clearly wasn't. He stated that he got the number of the terminal wrong whilst it was clearly stated on the booking but also he confirmed the right terminal to us as we landed. Last time a driver called us to tell he would pick us up an hour before scheduled pick-up time as there was major accident on the road. We checked on Waze, Google Maps and other websites and it indicated nothing at all but we thought we wouldn't take the risk but we clearly had to rush to get ready on time with the children. As expected traffic was very smooth but it turned out that the driver had in fact someone else to pick up at the airport hence why he wanted to be there earlie rbut obivosuly we had to spend 3 hours and 30 minutes at the airport without the opportunity to check-in luggage as it was way too early. Last but not least the last issue we had was Totally Driven getting a pick up wrong at the airport on the booking confirmation which we cancelled straight away on the basis we got told we would be refunded minus a service fee (though we called a minute after receiving the confirmation to amend and they would still charge £8 for that). It took more than a month and 8 phone calls to eventually got the refund. Whilst we were initially told that the refund was initiated but then there were some technical delays, it turned out to be a lie as we then got told they were questioning that we were due a refund at all despite a manager clearly telling us so when we decided to cancel. We are really understanding people but here there has been a big serie of wrongdoings and we we would never be using Totally Driven again.

One star is really too good. Terrifying journey and appalling customer service.
Booked a saloon. On arrival was told I would have a minibus. Driver was at best a bad driver. Frequently on and off the hard shoulder and swerving across the road. We were constantly flashed by other drivers as our driver drove on full beam and was so erratic. His style involved accelerating rapidly to 65mph then taking his foot off the accelerator and cruiding until the speed dropped to between 30 and 40mph and then accelerating rapidly again. Driver constantly rocking backwards and forwards and massaging his head in what I now assume to be an effort to stay awake.
I complained to Totally Driven who have informed me that the Driver manage will speak to the driver concerned regarding his skills and that I was not entitled to any compensation as it is their policy to provide the customer with whatever vehicle is readily available. I still can't believe that this actually happened and we didn't crash.
I would suggest that if you book then make sure you have good insurance and do not expect to get what you order!

I booked this company from abroad so wasn’t sure if they would be there when I arrived at T5. We landed about 25 mins late and I received a call from my driver about where to meet. So I grabbed a coffee at said meeting place and before I could drink it he turned up. He introduced him self as Sebastian and offered to take our luggage for us. He was polite and courteous through out and got us to our destination promptly.
The price wasn’t too bad compared to other cab companies.
Would highly recommend.

We had 4 bookings over 3 days in London. Although booked a couple of months in advance everything worked perfectly. It's a good idea to have a phone handy especially if you want a pickup at a busy location as we did (after a theatre show). You will get a call telling you exactly where the car is and registration. The email communication is great. All in all, thoroughly recommended Totally Driven.

If I could give them a 0 rating I would! We had booked this company to take us and our daughter from Cambridge to London after her graduation day. We booked them at least 1 month in advance. 30 minutes before they were supposed to arrive at our hotel they called to say they had a flat tire and would not be picking us up. They had no other cars available and they would just not be showing up! Luckily we were not rushing to an airport and we were able to arrange transportation with a local Cambridge taxi company. We will never book with this company again!
