I used Totally Airports for the first time for a business trip to Heathrow
Easy to book online, about 25% less than my local taxi service, on time, driver was good and courteous.

I have used Totally Airport Taxis several times now and would highly recommend them. Booking is easy and online and highly competitive pricing. They always arrive early to help with bags, you can track where your driver is before they arrives. They have car and booster seats for all child ages.
Highly recommended.

An Excellent Replacement for a Taxi: much better price, easy to order, nice car, good driver. You get an e-mail when the car is dispatched to your location and can follow its progress on a web map. Very recommended.

Worst service ever. After booking a car in advance for me and my 2 year old son, car shows up 30 mins late without proper child seat through third party. Then company refuses to deal with me and tells me I have to pay third party cash despite already paying. Then they tell thme driver to drop me on thmy side of the road with my son. Unacceptable. Beware and DO NOT BOOK. WORST taxi experience of my life.

So sorry to hear about your experience.
I have spoken to the team that were dealing with this issue and I have been informed that a full refund has already been processed.
Just to highlight the terms concerning the provision of Child Seats as displayed on our website booking pages. Current UK legislation states passengers travelling with children are not required by law to use child seats in private hire vehicles and taxis, although we do understand that passengers can wish to take this precaution during their journeys. As a result we do offer such seats however, as detailed on the website these requests are subject to availability at the time of service.

The driver was unable to find out location behind Victoria station and the customer service reps repeatedly lied to us about where the driver was and how he would be. We had to call another company to take us to the airport that didn't have a car seat available for my toddler son. We ended up running through the airport to catch our flight. They barely apologized. Totally incompetent.

I totally understand your frustration and can only but apologise for any inconvenience caused. Please be kind enough to advise the reference number of your journey where I can have our Dispatch manager to initiate a complaint with the team.
