The museum may have been a bit small, but everything was laid out in perfect manner. Also I visited at the perfect time, while i was the only visotr and i had the whole museum to myself! :D About the tour, Magda was our guide and a really passionate and polite girl. She was very knowledgeable about not only jack the ripper, but also about the victorian era. We were a small group, which made the tour, in my opinion, even better, since it was easy to listen to the guide and even easier to make questions etc. There were kids in our group and Magda would happily answer to all their questions. I don't know if there are other guides as well, but if you are taking the tour with kids, i definitely recommend Magda.

Really really sweet staff 10/10. My sister and I are both true crime fans and decided we would first go to the museum and then take the walk. I would just recommend to do one of the things and not both. If you go on the tour you just get told what’s in the museum at the crime scene instead. Go visit the museum and by the book “Jack the Ripper: The Casebook” and make your own tour in your own time. But prepare yourself for quite the walk!

The jack the ripper museum is a really interesting museum with each floor laid out to illustrate different aspects of the unsolved crimes including the morgue and the police station. At £12 per person however it is a little pricey given there are no 2 for 1 offers available. However it is well laid out and informative .
