Me and my boyfriend came here on the 30TH October. It was so fun, very challenging but the hints were SO helpful and the game host was so lovely. It is a very difficult building to find we got quite lost but found it in the end😂 the irony

It felt like an adventure just finding the place, quite a long way underground! The entrance was atmospheric. The escape room itself was more challenging than I'd imagined and having someone in our team who'd done several escape rooms before, really helped us. We solved it just in time and the hour went very quickly. A fun and engaging afternoon.

Im extremely disappointed. I played the murder mystery game and found out that the GMs are the ones that decide whether you make it out or not. Every time i would figure something out there was a huge delay before i could get to the next puzzle even though i did it the right way. There is also nothing to let you know you've got something ‘correct’ so we wasted alot of time on the first part. When i confronted the GM they sort of just said ‘ too bad’ in a polite almost condescending way.

I’ve worked in escape rooms and done several. The staff were very friendly and not too much. They rang at appropriate times, didn’t overdo it, and were friendly. They read our team well.
We lost around 4 minutes due to faulty objects in the room requiring a key and 4 locks were not working and all the GM could say is ‘just be gentle with the locks’. This should be rectified to reduce disappointment in the game.
Overall not bad, though :)

This experience was incredible not only did they go above and beyond to help plan and arrange a surprise engagement proposal but then supplied Prosecco to celebrate. Jade and I’m sure his name was Cameron went the extra mile to make the experience amazing! Thank you all who were involved in planning the proposal. I obviously said yes and I am over the moon couldn’t have had a better proposal!

It was a great game, there is no doubt about that. The puzzles were well thought out and the hints were well timed when it was clear we were stuck! We did escape in 55 mins. The location is great and the waiting area adds to the feel of the place. Our greeter was friendly and clear with her advice.
So why not 5 stars? Well, in this day and age, lets face it, you do escape rooms for the photo and the sign saying 'We escaped!' and your time. Here, we were left to our own devices with a booth and the printer was broken. And no sign provided, just props that didn't really relate to the experience. But the lady promised they would be emailed. Unfortunately, despite chasing these were not sent. I waited 2 weeks to do this review as I have finally found our photo (only 1!) on their Facebook page. So overall that left the last event of my hen do a bit disappointing! I feel bad dropping the star as the game and staff were good- but if you like to do a lot of rooms and get your escape time photo, you will be disappointed!

We were a group of 8 and we did the murder mystery escape room. It was a great experience and the staff are a lot of fun and the escape room was a great difficulty for the group size, will 100% come back when they get their VR set up.

Was a super fun escape room especially considering we were 8 people and it was big enough for everyone to be a part of solving it while still being a good experience and not too big.

My partner and I recently played the bank heist game here. We felt like playing an escape room game at that moment, and despite not having a booking, they accommodated us. The room was very well designed. The environment was very immersive and the puzzles were fun. Madeline was also a great game master. Super helpful, super friendly, and fun to talk with. She made the experience even more enjoyable. Definitely recommend.

The whole experience was amazing! The host Cameron made us feel welcome and even set up the game quickly so we could start not too long after we arrived. He explained all the safety measures and alerted us on how to exit the room if needed. The game is tricky at times but very fun and entertaining. It tested our abilities and clues were given if asked. The design of the room was great and you really felt like you were in a bank. Great job and highly recommended. We completed it as a couple but would be great for the family.
