Please revert back to the old cheese dip. New one tastes awful. The old one was light years better. Whoever made this decision needs to do the taste test

I am extremely appalled by what i have just experienced. My friend and I bought tickets to go to view ‘Hustles’, we waited in a long queue with the right ticket only to be rejected for not looking 15. There was nothing on the website to inform us to bring ID, they turned us away in a very rude manor, the lady who was serving us was not helpful and did not give us any alternatives but to get a refund. I will not be spending my money in cineworld again as I have been treated with no empathy and have had to wait for approximately 1 hour to see a movie I am not allowed to view. I am of age to see this movie so was extremely surprised to be turned down.

The cinema is not too bad, quite clean, lots of screens for buying tickets, and there was barely a queue for the snacks, so everything went quite quickly. Our movie was in screen 4, I loved the film a lot, however the experience was spoilt by a number of things. 25 minutes is incredibly long for commercials and film trailers!! I felt like it was going on forever, it was so boring and annoying. People were coming in and put during the entire movie, this should not be allowed! I was distracted all the time by people walking in front of the screen and the light shining on the screen as they opened the door! They really should find a better popcorn container, the paper bags are very loud and distracting, not to mention the other packaging for the sweets and other snacks. Mobile phones should not be allowed in cinemas, there should be a strict policy against using it during the film and someone should be there to enforce it. A few people’s phones went off during the film, others were playing on them with the screens shining in our face. This whole experience ensured that I will not step foot in a cinema again, I’d rather wait until I can watch it at hom

I thought I’d go to the cinema for the first time in about 2 years. The reason I haven’t been is because I use to go all the time and got so annoyed with complaining that it ruined my love for films. We went to see the Lion King, great film but spoilt by cineworld lack of policy to allow people to enjoy film, but no you get phones out and going off, people talking loud, people playing games on there phone with the light glaring in your face. Tell me why they haven’t banned mobile phones in cinemas like they did when I was a child, movies were so much better this way. Also why are we living in a world where we are still using the noisiest thing on this planet, crisps and popcorn, don’t get me wrong I understand we all like this but if there is so many people munching away at least counter act the sound levels and make the film louder, all I could here is the noise from everything else in the cinema tonight apart from the actual film sound so that’s how loud people were munching. I remember watching a film with restrictions, shown to your seat before it started with a steward with a torch and then that same person would sit through the whole movie and get rid of anyone who disturbed the film, also people were not aloud in if the film had started already. Why has that changed, cinemas aren’t interested in how people enjoy there films no more, they only think about the money there charge for them to watch a film hence why you don’t see this level of restrictions in place. Restrictions mean a better and more enjoyable film viewing not what you get in this generation.
