The area
Address
Neighbourhood: Marylebone
Marylebone offers what so many London neighbourhoods cannot: a village feel coupled with urban convenience. Much of its success rests in its location. Wedged between the northeastern corner of Hyde Park and the southern end of Regent's Park and with a number of Tube stations within easy reach, Marylebone is as pedestrian friendly as Central London gets. The bustling shopping mecca of Oxford Street separates it from Soho and Mayfair, exclusive Regent Street marks its border with Fitzrovia, and cosmopolitan Edgware Road serves as its western edge. Within this enviably situated quarter are an array of outstanding restaurants (from Michelin darlings to down and dirty cheeseburgers), an impressive assortment of independently owned shops, and some of the city's quietest and most pleasant nooks, crannies and cobbled lanes.
How to get there
  • Bond St • 2 min walk
  • Oxford Circus • 6 min walk

I was one of the people who used to despise Disney for what they stood for. OK they have got lots of different franchises but their movies bring alot of people joy so I took the decision to let go of my cynical side and embrace what they offer.

They offer alot!

As well as the cartoons there are the other franchises like Pixar, Marvel and Star Wars and all of these are on offer at the Disney Store in Oxford Street. The store is close to Bond Street station.

There are three floors to visit, I did not observe any lifts for those who are mobility impaired.

This Store Sucks!...You spend £50-£100 pound in the Disney Store oxford Street and they don't give you a free bag, You have to buy one for £3.50..I Suggest bringing your own carry bag when you visit.

Really great to visit, but sad that is the only one open in England. That does make it more magical to visit I suppose at the cost of having to visit London everytime I want to go.
Still, it's amazing to go and they have some things in store that aren't on their website Shopdisney!

As someone who lives in London and is a fan of Disney parks, this store has average products usually the same Disney kids toys and kid’s costumes, but they have started to bring some of the merchandise from the USA parks and shopdisney.com site and some Disneyland Paris merchandise, and restarted the Disney pins collection, however as a pin collector this flagship store is hit and miss with displaying new pins usually brought out on Tuesdays in coordination with the shopdisney U.K. website, the display is either displayed however the merchandise team don’t seem to correct their systems and sometimes some pins are displayed as not scanning the cast member? Usually says I cannot sell this or that pins I want to purchase? So why are they displaying on sale if not recognised by their tills? So a lost sale these pins can vary in prices some between £12-£16 a pin so the attitude of the member of staff at a till with a I cannot sell you this or that pins and not even get a manager or supervisor to try rectify and sell me the same pins that are advertised online for sale is not great, I’m well aware the Disney brand and corporate ethics isn’t the same as in the past, but even when I have approached a manager to ask why this keeps on happening I am not trying to be difficult I just want to walk in and purchase any items or new pins and there will either not be displaying them or told if not out then haven’t got or not been displayed? Not even a I will have a look in the back if we have them? But any parents with little kids wanting a different size kids Disney dress, oh they cannot be so helpful and go and have a look for them! It seems the customer experience is different if a adult without kids sometimes is totally different then if with kids?

Very disappointed
I was last here in June and had no issues then - I was excited to return as it will be my last chance for a while.
Very little to choose from really - poor selection of clothing, small homeware selection.
Most items had no price on at all and I felt the prices had considerably risen since my last visit for what you were getting.
Terrible selection of Funko pops
Will not be returning again

I have to agree with the previous review, being from the UK and the fact there are no other stores anymore, I expected a lot more. The one in white rose in Leeds used to be better than this one. It all felt bare on the wall, strange merch in store, stuff you'd never advertise unless perhaps you had another two floors to fill. A bit disappointed, wanted to buy some moana stuff for my little one and my older daughter is obsessed with Encanto, I hoped to buy the playhouse. Either it's brexit and they just can't get the stock through or the UK is no longer a priority to stock. Either way unfortunately unlikely to visit again and will resort to online shopping. How disappointing.

As someone who regularly visited the disney stores, I was gutted when all but one closed. So when we went to London obviously we were going to visit the disney store (3 small kids in tow). I assumed because there was only one large store in the UK it would be amazing. However, whoever is in charge of stocking it should be fired. So unbelievably disappointed. Would have normally spent hundreds of pounds but none of the things we wanted were there. And to fill the gaps they've just added more of whatever they've got. If you want a soft elsa doll, there's about 300 on the shelves. But a soft Moana, a Mulan, Ariel or Cinderella you can forget it. One Moana costume left in the entire store. No encanto merch (except that Jaguar they keep hopelessly pushing). They've stopped luca entirely and the turning red has been raided. So they're not managing to keep the classic stuff on the shelves and they're it managing to keep the newer stuff either. The soft toy doll selection is nothing like it used to be (full walls of a huge selection reduced to the odd clump here and there). Really gutted. May aswell have saved us a jaunt and shopped online.
