Booked this car service for a round trip outing to the Harry Potter world. The communication throughout the entire process was prompt and helpful which was extremely important as overseas travelers visiting London for the first time.

The cars were clean, drivers friendly, and they were able to accommodate an earlier pick-up without issue.

I would highly recommend this service to anyone needing arranged transportation anywhere in the London area.

Trustworthy & Reliable Airport Transfer Service

This is my go-to airport transfer service whenever I & family visit London. Always reliable and safe. On my last trip to London in July this year, was impressed when driver called while we were waiting in queue at immigration after our flight landed at Heathrow. I had set an appointed time for pick-up but my flight landed considerably early. So thought we were in for a long wait until the appointed pick-up time. But driver told us to call him after we collected our luggage and then he was there at the pick-up location within 15-20 min, Same driver came to fetch us back to the airport on our departure from London. So had a worry-free journey. Have used them many times already, even arranging for relatives who visit London. Completely trustworthy!

Airport transfer from Heathrow to Southampton for a Cruise.

There was 4 of us travelling from Heathrow to our hotel in Southampton, 3 with canes. The driver was on time when the plane landed and 2 were in wheelchairs because it is such a big airport. The airport helpers got us to the right place and the driver then delivered us to our hotel. We wanted to go a day early for our cruise so we wouldn't be so exhausted for our cruise.

This was canceled. My credit card was charged and paid in full for a airport pick up from Heathrow Airport to hotel Holiday Inn Express in Southampton. $ 163.01 Then received a call on my way to the airport in US, telling me we would need to give the driver $120 pounds???? CASH!
I was lied to. I canceled the transport. We used a urber! The cost was $164.00 !!! So this was unexceptable! What a scam!!!!
I request a refund credit back to my credit card!

Dear Madam, Due to your lack of knowledge about England and failing to read the product description before making a booking, you have booked a transfer between Heathrow airport and London.  Distance between Heathrow airport and Central London is 21 miles. Distance between Heathrow airport and Southampton cruise port is 67 miles. As you can see the difference to mileage, obviously none of the drivers are going to accept this booking for the money they receive after the transport company commission and travel agent commission. When we called you, you agreed to pay this amount and never called back to cancel this transfer. We dispatched a driver and our driver waited over an hour at the arrival hall holding your name card. We called you several times and sent you emails but you failed to answer your phone or respond to our emails. Because you agreed to pay extra free to cover additional mileage, we removed your driver from her next job so she can have extra time to take you to Southampton and come back to Heathrow. Because of your inability to call and inform that you do not wish to go ahead with this booking, She lost her income for that day. We haven't scammed anyone. You are the one who spoiled our driver's a day worth of income by failing to contact us in advance. Once you made a booking, it is important to read your confirmation to check details.

Trip to London, Wembley stadium and sightseeing.

Visited Wembley in May, with a friend. Watched the FA Vase trophy final, between Gateshead & Halifax. Followed up with a boat trip along the Thames, on a lovely Sunday evening.
We stayed a couple of nights at a Premier inn, at Welwyn gardens, we had a very comfortable room, with usual facilities. Having breakfast both mornings. Would recommend for a couple of nights, although about half hour train ride from London.

Dear Madam, You have been economical with the truth. Our driver was scheduled to pick up your family from the airport 60 minutes from the flight's landing time. You failed to understand the pickup procedure. We strongly believe the reason behind this review is for the additional £10.00 you had to pay to get your vehicle upgraded due to extra luggage. He monitored your flight and was on time. You managed to get through immigration checks and collect your luggage within 30 minutes. So you had to wait for the driver till the pickup time.

Dear Sir, You have failed to understand the airport pickup procedure. When we send you a final confirmation a few days prior to the pickup date, we clearly stated, the driver will meet you after 60 minutes from flight landing time giving you enough time to clear immigration checks and collect your luggage. Also on our product, we have clearly explained that passengers can request their own pickup time keeping in mind airport waiting charges. Passengers who wish for a driver to wait for them as they come out to the arrival hall, contact us prior to the travel date and agree to pay waiting charges.We do not have any issues sending a driver waiting for hours, inside the arrival hall as long as passengers are willing to pay for driver s time + airport parking charges.We would like to take this opportunity to ask all the travel agents to explain airport pickup procedures to their customers prior to the travel date. We do not like to receive negative reviews due to lack of communication between travel agents and our passengers.

Transport to Hilton Olympia hotel in London

First time in Heathrow, so had a bit of difficulty with directions, but did find the meeting place and our driver showed up a bit after we did. He helped us with our luggage to where his vehicle was parked, loaded our luggage, and saw that we were safely ensconced in his vehicle. Then wended his way thru London traffic. Was very kind and polite. Delivered us safely to our hotel without incident.

Our driver was prompt and met us exactly where he had instructed us prior to our arrival. The vehicle clean and in perfect order. The transfer from Heathrow exceeded expectations.
