It is about time some money was injected into this area to update it and turn it into the wonderful street that it could be. The retailers deserve better than this. I can remember as a child walking down that road and the wonderful individual...More

Lovely old street that has a lof history. Don't be put off by the 'character' - this just adds charm to the place! Great antique shops and odd little places you wouldn't know existed..

We always go to the glasshouse most Friday nights for a couple of wines and food. Nice atmosphere friendly staff and excellent value for money.

this street carries so many different cultures, always lively, people passing through always appear cheerful and smiling. This road has kept most of it's heritage and feels alive at any time of day.

Went there today and was blown away by the sheer size of some of the second hand shops there, the area is a little shabby but that's to be expected. Vintage, antique and just second hand, it's all there.

For me, Magdalen Street is a must-see street in Norwich. There is nowhere else in the area that's got quite such an incredible mixture of cultures, independent and chain shops within comfortable walking distance. There are loads of bus stops on the road making it...More
