To walk along the riverbank and to approach the cathedral from the east end - passing the Great Hospital is a truly breathtaking vista. The Cathedral Close is a delight and one envies those who live within its confines. It shows how diverse Norwich is...More

Get behind the scenes and away from the traffic for an unusual view of this lovely city. There are pubs along the way so easy to make a pit stop as well. Recommended

Visted Norwich for the first time on a work trip. Really interesting centre and around the cathederal. Discoverd the river walk by accident but glad I did. Easy to follow and lots of historic information boards to read along the way.

There is not much to say but that it's a beautiful place for a walk. Relaxing, especially in the summer but even in recent dull weather it's still charming.

Get off the beaten track and take a relaxing stroll along the riverside. There are so many interesting sights and buildings to see, and plenty of pubs to stop off if you need a break.

We accessed the walk from our hotel and enjoyed it. Not crowded and easy to get into the city from the riverwalk. Can do a circular walk from the Train Station including a good portion of the river walk.

You can park either near the Adam & Eve pub behind the cathedral or you can probably park at the Red LIon pub on Bishopsgate. Hope you can make it there, lovely at the moment with the daffodils out.
