At least once a year we do the walk as it is so picture perfect on a sunny day looking at the reflections and the wild life.

When in Norwich, take some time for the/a riverside walk. The scenery and green surroundings give for some great photographs. A stroll alongside the ‘cow tower’ and the ‘L-bridge’ is worth your time.

We walked from the Cathedral around to the town centre. The walk is clearly signposted and passes through busy and quiet areas. There are historical places explained along the route, which make it very interesting and more than just a quiet stroll.

If you have some time to spare, a stroll along the riverside walk is delightful! I especially enjoyed the part the passes behind the cathedral past the park and cow tower. Meet the locals walking their dogs!

Could be slightly better sign posted in places. Would be a nice place to take lunch or dinner, there are a few places to sit & look at boats & gardens.

Please note that the map location of this walk is inaccurate. Admittedly it is confusing as there are many places in and around Norwich where you can walk along the river. As is clear from previous reviews, there are fabulous walks on different sides of...More

We were enjoying the riverside walk. It really is a relaxing experience until we reached Whitefriars Bridge. The was some extremely loud honking from the far bank. Turned out to be a family of Egyptian Geese. Apparently there are quite a smattering throughout Norfolk. At...More

You can park either near the Adam & Eve pub behind the cathedral or you can probably park at the Red LIon pub on Bishopsgate. Hope you can make it there, lovely at the moment with the daffodils out.
