What an amazing place! Spent a great few hours here with work colleagues. A very good private collection of military vehicles, guns and clothing. Our guide Steve was very knowledgable and enthusiastic and certainly made the day enjoyable. Great to get the hands on experience and always wanted to sit in a tank! Best for me, driving the BV206. We had a brilliant afternoon here at the tank museum today. There’s loads to see even though it’s quite a small collection. The Guides are really knowledgeable and enthusiastic and we could climb into one of the tanks and also a Sarason armoured car which was great, particularly for the children. You can have a really good close-up look at... More

Our 6 year old grandson said it was awesome especially the BV ride. But he and his 4 year old sister loved climbing in the tanks and dressing up.. Owned by an enthusiast and run by volunteers and it shows because of the passion they have for the subject. Fantastic value for money. Will be back next year.

Visited today with family, lovely museum, fairly small but very interesting. The people who work there are very knowledgable and were more than happy to chat to us. There was clothes for the kids to dress up in, some tanks you could go inside. We had a trip round the field in an army vehicle £3.00 per person extra but... More

I had a really good afternoon at The Norfolk Tank Museum at Fornsett st Peter. They have an excellent collection of rifles used by the British forces starting from around the Zulu wars which you are able to handle under supervision. I had an excellent guide who allowed me to access a Sarason armoured car accident nd a Centurian tank... More

This is one of the many small museums in and around East Anglia which only exist because of the dedication of volunteers who are keen to ensure that the period of history that they know all about shouldn't be forgotten. Everyone is very helpful and friendly. Well worth a visit.
