The car wash co = throw your money away - got a valet £75 expecting it to be cleaned thoroughly and shampooed seats and floors. Alloys not touched dirt in window seal and cobwebs on back seat! Just avoid at all costs. I emailed them with my complaint and no reply… Worst service ever go to a cheaper car wash for £15 in and out clean and you’ll get a better service all round for a fraction of the cost! What’s funny is it says 100% satisfaction guarantee on their signs and website!

The Car Wash Company is an absolute rip off, £30 for diamond service and still filthy inside and we had to point out several smears/bits of dirt still on the exterior. Not to mention no masks being worn while inside the vehicle. AVOID!!!

Car park warning. The car park entry has now changed. Anyone can drive in then you are paying to sit in queues, many trying to leave, to get to a parking space if there is one or keep driving round until a car leaves and hope you can get into the space they left.
The previous system where you waited at the ticket barrier until there was a space was much better. I for one will not be returning.

Hello, we apologise for the inconvenience caused when visiting. We have spoken to our car park provider and they have confirmed they haven't changed how cars enter our car park, however, it was extremely busy so at times, it was one in, one out.

A good variety of shops on offer, that at least one would appeal to every customer.
But the car park facility is what I now avoid.
It’s the cheapest in the city centre for short-term parking, but it’s cashless, and won’t even accept American Express, and their rate after 3pm is the same no matter how many hours you park (so it’ll be £3.40 instead of £1.65 or £3.30 if you’re only there for an hour or 2 hours respectively).

Just awful.
I asked for an outside and inside clean and polish (£35) I came back to a dirty car, the site manager suggested that it was in fact clean, then changed his mind (when I ran a finger across part of the car and my finger was black) to suggest that they just hadn't finished. When asked how long they needed to finish, he suggested that the car was finished, but that cleaning it was not part of the service.
He was incredibly rude and despite reading what was included in the valet service I'd paid for, off their wall I might add, he still maintained that it was common practice to polish a dirty car and that clesning it wasn't what I'd paid the car cleaning place to do, he finished the conversation with a further suggestion that the car was actually clean.

Chantry Place is centrally situated in Norwich City Centre with multiple entrances off a number of roads.
The centre is always clean, warm and inviting. There is a fantastic range of shops to suit anyone from Apple and Virgin Holidays to H&M and Frasers. The centre also includes a variety of smaller more local shops such as Lisa Angel.
The food court has options for any taste from McDonalds to Wagamama. This area also has toilets which are always clean and tidy.
The centre is also very assistance friendly with lifts to get to any more.
Chantry Place has a fantastic website with up to date opening hours and store information. I urge anyone to check the website before visiting to avoid disappointment.
I will continue to use Chantry Place and hope that it continues to be worthy of 5 stars!

The Car Wash Co tried to rip me off and charge me for services I communicated I didn't want. Also told me that a Gold Service was £40 for a big car, even though it siad £28.95 on their own procing board. Stood my ground and only paid for what I asked for. These people are nasty liars. Saw a woman on her own and tried to take advantage of me. Was super uncomfortable but they picked the wrong woman (this time) Nearly had to get security. Chantry Place really do need to do something about this. I know they are a separate business but they are on their site. Avoid at all costs.

I was doing some shopping at the Zara store and it felt like walking off the plane in Croatia. The temp was 30 C + in the store and the staff were visibly uncomfortable. I spoke to a friend from Zara and she said the thermostat read 36.3 C that day. The store was fairly busy as usual so they’re making good money but showing a complete disregard for employees welfare. Too hot to shop.

Favourite place to shop in East of England! The centre has loads of choice of eateries and lots of well known shops. I love the fact it has some local brands unique to the centre too.
I was also really impressed with our clean the centre was with all of the staff working really hard to keep the centre safe for everyone.

Can't give any stars! We took our range rover in for a car wash while we stopped. Whilst parking up a tap on the side window and was told " Too much dirty, go". Needless to say, we won't be going there again and for the 1st time in his life, my husband was speechless!
