Hadn’t been here for years but was left most impressed especially when the rest of the day spent in Norwich was disappointing. It’s beautifully decorated for Christmas, super clean and contains a huge range of popular shops as well as more unusual and independent business stalls. I would definitely return here but not bother to visit the rest of the City.

A good variety of shops on offer, that at least one would appeal to every customer.
But the car park facility is what I now avoid.
It’s the cheapest in the city centre for short-term parking, but it’s cashless, and won’t even accept American Express, and their rate after 3pm is the same no matter how many hours you park (so it’ll be £3.40 instead of £1.65 or £3.30 if you’re only there for an hour or 2 hours respectively).

Car Wash attendant was not only rude and aggressive. Wanted cash even though it said they take card!
40 pounds for a car wash is utter madness they are taking cash and just pocketing the money between them.

EV car charges need app to use, when will you treat us like adults and let us pay contactless.
You’re losing money because you want to collect data from everyone using your chargers who use apps.
Also you need to look at your car park ticket system, what a mess, long ques at machine, app not working right.
Might as well buy online.

Good afternoon, our EV does need you to use the app, to provide a good service for those wanting to charge their cars.
With regards to our car park ticket system, we apologise that you had issues, our new system now allows customers to scan the QR code before going into the welcome halls, which means paying before getting to your car. This isn't an app, simply a way to link you to a payment portal. This avoids long queues at machines for those wishing to leave quickly. Many thanks, Chantry Place.

The worst car wash and customer service I have ever received, a real let down and needs to be addressed by Chantry Place as completely lets them down.
They said they needed 1-2 hours for a 'Gold Service' - came back after 2.5 hours and no one was working on the car. Rushed over and told me they would only be 10 mins, I said not to rush it please, I'd go away for a coffee and come back in 30 mins. Came back 45mins later and no change at all - they clearly just work on cars that customers are stood waiting for. Had to wait a further 30mins watching them.
When they finished the car still had loads of dirt and marks on it but was told it was part of the paint!!! Called the manager over and he laughed in my face, telling me that the paintwork was to blame (it's a new car and scrubbed up fine at Tesco the week before). The paintwork is all scratched and the car is still filthy inside.
Shocking service and terrible clean. Please avoid.

Great shopping when you need to pick up a variety of things or quite simply need some inspiration. Plenty of options of places to sit and grab a coffee if a rest is needed amongst the multi floors of shops.
The shopping centre is well located in Norwich with plenty of other shops around but having all the options they have under the one roof is an easy experience.
Can get busy around peak times as to be expected.

Convenient shopping mall with parking. All bid brand stores. Discounts through out the year. Many cafes on the top floor.

Today inside of Chantry Place our friend suddenly had a seizure out of nowhere( he's never had one before) and it was scary I've never experienced ut and have no idea what to do in the situation.... the great employees were straight to it and called their first aiders and secured the area with pop up walls, making sure everything is going smoothly.... with the brilliant help paramedics arrived after they called them and everything was sorted and my friend was sent to hospital. Can't thank the people at chantry enough.
Great place to shop and definitely the best I'm suffolk and east anglia. With its great food court, awesome variety of shops and huge parking blocks and finally the feeling of safety with the employees.
Top notch stuff guys.

Car park warning. The car park entry has now changed. Anyone can drive in then you are paying to sit in queues, many trying to leave, to get to a parking space if there is one or keep driving round until a car leaves and hope you can get into the space they left.
The previous system where you waited at the ticket barrier until there was a space was much better. I for one will not be returning.

Hello, we apologise for the inconvenience caused when visiting. We have spoken to our car park provider and they have confirmed they haven't changed how cars enter our car park, however, it was extremely busy so at times, it was one in, one out.

The Car Wash Co tried to rip me off and charge me for services I communicated I didn't want. Also told me that a Gold Service was £40 for a big car, even though it siad £28.95 on their own procing board. Stood my ground and only paid for what I asked for. These people are nasty liars. Saw a woman on her own and tried to take advantage of me. Was super uncomfortable but they picked the wrong woman (this time) Nearly had to get security. Chantry Place really do need to do something about this. I know they are a separate business but they are on their site. Avoid at all costs.
