The Talbot is a fabulous traditional pub. Excellent range of beers, all in good condition. Food is very good and staff are very friendly and welcoming. Always make sure that we call in when we are in the area and have never been disappointed.

The Talbot arms is a very popular Settle pub which recently won a "Pub of the Year" award. It is a bit small inside so seating is at a premium on busy days. There is a large beer garden for the overflow, very pleasant on warm days. The food is very good although he atmosphere is a bit noisy and... More

Have been a few times during our visit to Settle and the Yorkshire Dales. Nice place to stop for a drink and some food. They also have a beer garden for those sunny days. Good pub.

Visited with a friend and had a lovely time. I couldn't help but think the atmosphere was slightly lacking though.
