Well myself and my husband were going to book this tour as we were staying in Robin Hoods bay for our anniversary. I rang the number advertised on the website. The woman who answered was extremely rude and snappy. She actually had a go at me for ringing her at an inconvenient time and told me to "go and look at the website". Might I suggest to you my dear that if you dont want people ringing you then dont put the number in a public place....arrogance in the extreme. !!

We did a 16 person private tour this weekend with Rose and would definitely recommend it. Rose is a fountain of local knowledge and is engaging, entertaining and an amazing story teller.

The tour was fantastic - so much information was included and the fact rose is local to Whitby meant plenty additional anecdotes were thrown in! Rose was funny, engaging and super knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend to anybody visiting Whitby to go on one of Rose's tours 😊

We met Rose at the top of the 199 steps and spent an enchanting early evening being entertained with engaging stories of folklore, spirits and Dracula. Rose easily built rapport and seemed uncannily familiar to us to the point we didn't feel in the presence of a storyteller but a friend. Recommended if you would like to learn more about Whitby through the ages.

We booked a private half day tour from Sandsend to Mulgrave Castle. It was a fantastic experience. Rose is so knowledgeable about the area and really enthusiastic about her work. We had only just met, but I quickly felt as though we were out walking and talking with a friend, rather than a tour guide. Thank you Rose. I'll be sure to book another tour if we are in the area again.
