Superb informative and fun afternoon tour and tasting with Chris and the family who were great hosts. Thoroughly recommend but suggest you have a camper van like us to stay overnight so you can sample many of the fine wine.
My partner and I attended the Vineyard tour as a Christmas present! With lovely surroundings, it is a perfect and interesting day out. Due to the weather we couldn’t walk around the vines but Chris (the owner) took us around the winery instead.

Visited the Vineyard today. Paid a little extra to do the brewery tour too. Informative and well worth the visit. Would recommend both but order a taxi! Both wines and beers delicious. Spent the better part of the day there. Great.
Excellent!!!......very inspiring.........from a hobby to a way of life that they all obviously enjoy!!! Great tour and very interesting/funny talk.....also food and wine to sample the complete experience.....we will return!!

We really enjoyed our Winery tour and the lunch - our choice of the Meat Platter and Ploughmans were both fresh and filling. Included in the tour / talk were 4 tastings of wine and another plate of meat and cheese.
£20 per person to hear a 2 hour lecture about wine production at the winery interspersed with 'witticisms' about the EEC ( now the EU), being Yorkshire (can get rather wearing); using old fashioned units for pressure which mean even less to people these days!...More
