We walked up the route from Edale that follows the stream and waterfall from near the top. The views were fantastic. It was challenging enough to keep our 14 year old interested, but I'd imagine it could be quite a tricky climb in poor weather....More

To be honest it's not a challenging route most ways, theres a local centre with a map and depending on how long you have to spend you can pick a route

Depends from where you wanne start. There are several routes possible.. you can start from edale car park S33 7ZL you can start from the Hope Valley car park. S33 6RD Or Bowden Bridge Car Park SK22

Hi The best route would be from the Hayfield car park over the bridge and start the ascend. It is a well trodden pathway, so no need for a map. I would recommend going on a free walking tour with the Peak District Rangers... More
