I was a choir boy at the church in 1954.The church has not changed since and is still full of history worth investigating.Take a tour of the church and ask questions, the history is mind blowing. The church I understand took over 100 years to build.

Fantastic ceremony 16/09/2018 to commemorate 100 years of the RAF. St Mary’s is the most beautiful church that I have ever seen and Rev Gillum is lovely. Best choir around also!!!!

Both from the inside and the outside, this church rules is just impressive. The gothic architecture of the building is just sublime, and the stained glass windows are just magnificent. A must see if you are in town.

Very nice church, but a little bit hidden and somewhat difficult to find. One or two signpost would help. Apart from that - interesting medieval architecture.

Another nice Church in the city centre that you can easily miss, well worth a wander around the outside and soak up some history, a few relaxing moments in the lace marker area of Nottingham well spent.

We looked in as part of the tourist trail. Spent 15-20 mins looking around. Could have spent longer.
