A wide and varied menu is available here and it would seem that the chef is given a free hand in suggestions on the specials board. Couple that with great service at a very fair price, you will be pleased you choose to dine here. The decor is rustic but don't let that deter you!

The staff at this place are all so friendly, always have time for a smile and some pleasantries. An interesting cocktail menu and amazing home made food. The Nachos are wonderful. Enjoy!

Evening meeting with friend at this well frequented pub. All went well except organisation/management is rather poor. Be prepared for long waiting at the bar: not enough staff and large chunk of bar is not available for drink ordering. Based on this you might consider alternative venue….

I was quite sober but when ordering a couple of drinks but was told by the bar staff that I had been 'flagged for being too drunk' and they gave me a glass of water and said 'we'd see from there'. I then got the group of 15 people who I was with to move away from this place to... More

Lovely and clear, great friendly bar staff who are always smiling and seem to be constantly on the go. A good variation of drinks at reasonable prices and a great place to socialise with friends. Love the large comfy sofas to all sit drinking and talking together without shouting over music that is playing too loud. Love it here

Fantastic little pub and the food was amazing. Bar staff were more than helpful and would recommend anyone to call in and experience it for themselves.

Lovely pub. The food is great (probably the best in Nottingham) the staff are always helpful especially If your not sure which cocktail to have. They could do with a few more real ales to choose from and perhaps some craft beer too. It can be a bit heavily populated with students at times due to being across the road... More
