A super Nottingham public house, consisting of two separate rooms and appearing to be of 1950s construction. The pub still harks back to that era in its decoration and layout, notwithstanding a large television for all your sporting requirements.

Sorry but it looks like you have the wrong venue. The Newshouse is not a Wetherspoon's, it is a smaller site on the outskirts of the city centre.
After consulting the Good Beer guide i gravitated to The Newshouse and was not disappointed, decorated with beer memorabilia and acknowledgement of Nottingham sports team achievements. An excellent selection of real ale served by a great mine host.
