I surprised my wife and her family with a visit, they had no idea where we were going or what was involved. Right from researching then booking our appointment (it’s appointment only and not open like a normal zoo) everything was simple! Hannah helped me with my choices, answered any questions I had and made the whole booking process so easy! Upon arrival we were greeted by Aaron who was lovely, and most knowledgeable with all the animals we saw, after a short introduction and booking in he introduced us to the penguins which we then fed, then later in the visit we fed the tigers and zebras, I won’t bore you with every detail but it was worth every penny! My two young nieces (7 and 8) were completely blown away with it all! We took lots of photos and videos to cherish and remember our amazing two hours! Thank you all so much! I can’t recommend this enough!

WOW. Just amazing. We did the zoo package with tiger feeding and were blown away. From the moment of booking the team were so helpful, Hannah made sure we had exactly what we wanted booked and all of the information we needed. And what can I say, Unlike any other animal encounter I have ever done. No fighting the public to get a good photo and the most knowledgeable tour guide. Niall made sure we knew everything there was to know about the animals we got so see and feed. Would recommend to anyone and will be talking about the day for years to come.

This was my second time here. We did the lions, tigers and spider monkeys this time around. We had a lovely time. Barbara took some lovely pictures of us, and gave us lots of information about the animals. Would definitely recommend as a great day out
