Small theatre but putting on big programmes. Staff friendly and welcoming and knowledgeable. Probably volunteers who are doing a job to keep live theatre going. Mostly concerts, magic and small cast plays . Pantomimes are alway popular.

Another terrific performance from the Panto team. Good to see some familiar faces on the stage too (Andrew Pepper as Gertie has performed here before and our kids recognised him straight away from 2 or 3 years ago when he played Cammy). He is a...More

Hi there, Thanks for your review and your feedback. Our auditorium is small and, whilst beautiful, almost 150 years old! So there are some seats that have restricted views (the back rows of the side balconies being a good example). Our Box Office staff are...More

Whilst staying in Chipping Norton and walked around the town, stumbled across the theatre and the Aladdin panto was on that night. Only a few seats available, we booked and what a fantastic evening. The performers were all very talented and professional, lots of laughs,...More

Hi Claire, Thanks for your lovely review, and thanks for stumbling upon us in the first place. Despite its looks, we are bigger than you might think - there were actually over 200 people in there with you! Hope to see you again one day....More

We have seen their pantomimes on a number of occasions and have been impressed even without named stars. A great troupe who work energetically to give you a typical Panto themed event.

We saw The Mikado here, the range of events is very wide. The balcony benches are not as comfortable as you might need for a long performance but there's a great atmosphere in this venue. Would we visit again? Yes, if we're in the area.
