So happy to have found Russel on Google! We came from the U.S and had Russel pick us up in London and take us to see the Diddly squat farm shop, the Cotswolds, and Oxford University. He has a wealth of knowledge and is a great conversationalist. Well worth the money and time!

We had a day trip tour of the Cotswolds with Russ. Lovely day! We visited some charming villages and even got to see Hidcote gardens.
Russ was easy to be with and gave us great insight into the area. We would definitely use him again to see a different area of England.

Russ gave us such a great experience! He is a really pleasant guy to spend a day with.
He really knows all the villages, including their history and topography. He also provided us with beautiful photos of the trip, including one of us at every major stop.
My recommendation for the best Midsomer experience is to come with a short list of the Midsomer sites you most want to see-- Russ will make sure to include them.

Thanks, Russ for an unforgettable day! The whole family had a fantastic experience from Stonehenge to dreamy Cotswold villages, to lunch at an English pub! We loved every minute and learned so much! Russ is an encyclopedia of knowledge!

Russ gave us the most fantastic tour from Stonehenge to the Cotswold to Oxford. He picked us up at the hotel in London and spent the day telling us stories and loads of information of the areas to us. You can tell he loves and is so proud of what he does. We wished we would have had more than a day with him. This was definitely the highlight of our European Vacation before returning back to the USA! You will not be sorry to employ this man for the best tour you can imagine. He will put together whatever you want to see! Thank you Russ. We hope to see you again. I’m writing to tell you about our trip to Cotswold and an exceptional tour guide. Russ Hewer is an excellent tour guide and a very personable, thoughtful and attentive man. We have all been on tours where we were rushed to “stay on schedule”, struggled to keep up with the pace or had questions that were not answered fully. Russ allowed us as much time as we wanted, answered all of our questions, took the time to look up answers he wasn’t sure of and made sure to slow the pace down as we tired. We spent 2 full days, a total of 22 hours, with Russ taking us to the following locations; Lower Slaughter, Blenheim Palace, Stonehenge, Castle Coombe and Bath. We had a great time and felt like we were spending that time with a good friend instead of a tour guide.

Russ planned the perfect day for my son and I fulfilling our dream to go to Diddly Squat and touring the Cotswolds . So professional and knowledgeable about local facts and made sure everything we wanted as covered and then some. Touring with Russ was what made our trip to London so special. Memories that we will cherish . Thank you so much and we will be back

My husband and I hired Russ for a four day private tour all over the Cotswolds. Russ was willing and able to take us anywhere and do anything our hearts desired. He was knowledgeable about the areas, a very safe driver and took lots of pictures for us. He took us to a couple of really great eateries and was wonderful company. I recommend him highly for your tour of the Cotswolds, Oxford and London.
