Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Took our granddaughter on Mon 3rd April. I don't think I have ever taken my now grown children or my grandchild anywhere in the country, zoo's, theme parks, cinema's etc., over the years that wasn't a bit more expensive for extras such as food or drink. We booked this visit too Gravitee, directly as the website although said for school holidays and Bank holidays it would open from 10.00am you could not book anything online for that, it was all 12.00 onwards. We spoke to a guy name Connor, incredibly helpful and all round happy person.....tick number one. Came back next day for our game met the manager, Mark, another incredibly helpful and all round happy person.....tick number two. Throughout our visit if we needed help with anything Mark was happy to do that with a pleasant smile and a genuine nice attitude which cannot be said of a lot of places nowadays. Our granddaughter....and ourselves lol, had a fabby time at Gravitee, we even had lunch there, a box standard hotdog served to us by Connor, with a smile, but it was a very nice hot dog, so will we return and have a go at the other course on offer. Future tick number 3 I'm sure. Mark and Connor provided EXCELLENT customer service.

Drove to Gravitee Golf with my 11 year old son to play today. I booked at 10am as they open from 10am on school holidays. Arrived at 9.55am, an hour later I’m still waiting along with other parents who also booked to play. Phoned the phone number at about 10.25 which got rejected twice after 1 ring. Tried again 10mins later and it just keeps ringing. I wonder if somebody overslept, either way very unprofessional.

Went with two friends to celebrate a birthday and wasn't sure what to expect. All I can say is WHAT A FIND!! We were the only ones there at the time so had a fantastic time of journeying around all the themed holes. As students, we received a discounted rate and tried both courses as it was so cheap and there was no one else playing. The price is really good value and very attractive to students. The staff were really friendly and very helpful. The location is next to the Kassam Stadium and has a huge free car park. We ended up staying around 90 mins as there was no waiting time for each hole. We had an AMAZING time and really hope to go again at some point. Next time will try the bar and have a drink. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone, especially students with cars.

We visited this place at it was right next door to our hotel and we do love a bit of adventure golf. We booked for 5pm and there was only one or two other people there which was handy for us as it meant we could enjoy the golf without having to wait for other people. We did two rounds, the decorations are good and well thought out with different areas, the spaceship was really well done. I would maybe say some of the holes are a bit samey and would maybe be nice if they added some more challenging holes as quite a few were easily done it two/three shots. We still really enjoyed it though and was great value for money.

This has obviously been open a long time as everything is a bit dated and rundown. Many of the holes were a bit dull and after a while it felt a bit ‘samey’. After visiting many adventure golf centres, this was one that I would not return to or recommend.

This was really good fun. We did both courses back to back (both are 18 hole) and it was challenging enough, yet not a slog. It is hard to please teenagers but this made them smile. Loved both courses and the attention to detail was pretty descent. Would go again. I imagine when busy the courses can run quite slow, however we got there at opening on a Saturday and got around no problem.

My husband and I LOVE crazy golf. It’s our thing. We are in Oxford for his birthday weekend and decided on here as it was a bit out of town, free parking etc. it’s GREAT! The darkened rooms made for sneak attack hills and mounds and the theming is great. A few dents here and there from rouge balls but played both courses and it really took you on a journey through space.
Also 5*s as I won 😂

Having recently tried Junkyard Golf in the centre of Oxford, we were interested to see the difference. Maybe not so exciting if you like pumping music in the dark, but perfect for our party. Twice the amount of holes for £2 per person less and you can see your score card properly. It was a great success with all of our party preferring it to Junkyard Golf.

We tried to go there one evening, it’s was closed before the closing times! When we managed to finally play the next day the drinks were over priced. 1.50 for a Pepsi... the music was dreadful with swearing! They call this a family place while there are playing music with swearing and racial words. Would definitely not recommend.

Hi there, I am sorry to hear your experience wasn't as expected. Please can you send me an email or call with some more details on when you visited to info@graviteegolf.com/01865 952646 so I can look into this further. Our last entry is 45 minutes before closing, if we have no customers at this time we do close the doors for cleaning. We would never intentionally play music that is offensive or containing swearing, all of our playlist are checked to ensure there is no explicit content. It would appear from your feedback that some songs may have slipped through the checks, I will be going through these again immediately to remove any songs that may have been missed. In the mean time please accept my deepest apologies. Kind Regards, Alistair

We attended with 2 seniors and 2 adults on a Saturday afternoon to play both courses.

The sineage for the golf isnt as prominent as the other tenants in the building but its up the stairs towards the vue when you arrive.

They have a four person group rate so it cost us only £45 all in for 36 holes!

The order of some of the holes isnt that logical but as it was quiet when we were there we were able to jump around and play the ones we missed.

The holes themselves are challenging but not impossible. All of us got at least 1 hole in one while we all also had at least 1 hole that totally stumped us! The greens are quite rough so compared to most crazy golf we've played in the past but we got used to it quite quickly.

The theming is spot on and the staff were friendly and helpful. Really would recommend this for an afternoon/evening out.
