spent all day in this interesting house, bought tickets in Oxford Tourist Information and saved £4 a ticket but full price still worth it. Took the 1 hour free guided tour and found it very informative and also paid the extra for the "upstairs tour" and worth it as well. Will return some day as couldn't see all in oe... More

We visited Blenheim yesterday - very cold and fairly wet. It is a truly magnificent building and the rooms, decorations, furniture and contents are spectacular. We started off with the tour of the state rooms that was included in our ticket price. This was interesting and our guide was very informative. We wanted to continue to tour the rest of... More

Beautiful palace and grounds. Our ticket in also gave us the chance to upgrade to a annual pass which seemed very good value. Will look forward to going back in the summer when the weather is hopefully better

Definitely worth a visit, the palace is beautiful, in very good condition , interior artwork and decoration worth a look. The surrounding gardens and lake are impressive. The place is full of history generally focussing on two of the most important people in British History who have both lived there I.e. Winston Churchill and the Dule of Marlborough. Please visit.... Great house, but. A bit pompous, it cost 25 quid to get in the if you want to see the state apartments another fiver, Go to the cafe and pay top dollar for everything including 1.75 for a packet of crisps, price not really shown makes this venue a little expensive combined with guides who insists that you can't walk... What a beautiful building, the grounds are stunning, the only reason im not giving 5/5 is the price, just a bit too expensive i know the money is for the upkeep of the palace and the grounds

I had wanted to visit Blenheim Palace for years, so my daughter and I made a special journey from Derbyshire staying overnight to do so. Firstly the charge to gain admission through the gates is £24.95 PER PERSON. This entitles you to view only a handful of rooms on the ground floor, the garden and the park. After this if... More

A fascinating place to visit. You really need more than one day to enjoy it all. Our state room guide was extremely knowledgeable and told some very amusing anecdotes which helped bring it all to life. Highlight for me was the "Downstairs" tour, which, unlike so many stately homes showed that this is still a fully working palace. Well worth... More
