Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

After taking a walk in Henrietta Park, I found the ruin of St. Mary's and the churchyard.
This is maintained by local resident's who obviously care about some of their heritage and the fact that prominent Bath resident's have been laid to rest here.
Certain grave are accompanied by clearly written plaques that give the name and brief posting about who and why this person has some importance within local history.
The cemetery is easy to navigate because a hard plastic matting has been laid, this is your safe footpath, and so one can circumnavigate the cemetery at ease.
Very interesting little gem of a place and well done to those resident's who still care.

We came across this by accident as it wasn’t in our guidebooks, but it’s a wonderfully peaceful and historically interesting spot - quiet, peaceful and lovely

A little bit out of the way from all the hustle and bustle but what a truly magical place! Very atmospheric and well worth the visit! About a 10 minute walk from the centre of bath and if you're looking for somewhere a little bit different this is the place!

This churchyard is off the beaten track for Bath and we would never have known it existed if it wasn't for our tour guide taking us there. There was something very secret and romantic about walking through the ancient headstones and it was lovely to see butterflies and other insects thriving amongs the more unkempt areas. We also spotted some interesting graves such as the headstone for Fredick Weatherly, who wrote the lyrics of Danny Boy.

Located as you enter Bath, this lovely ruined church and churchyard is wonderful to explore. Ancient headstones and tombs are beautiful to photograph and it is very peaceful, yet very overgrown and unkept. Reminds me of a secret garden
