I can really recommend this service. All worked great and was well organized. My son and his friends were ready for pick up at Heathrow Airport earlier than expected but were able to coordinate with the driver by phone promptly.

So he contacted a colleague and transferred the job seamlessly - the new driver arrived on time and ready to go. No excuses - just great service!

Fast and efficient airport transfer from Bath to Gatwick. Managed to drop us off in good time for our flight despite really bad congestion around the airport. My wife and I were flying home after our wedding in Bath so it was especially nice not to have to worry about the hassle of getting to the airport.

Steve's Car Hire is timeless because good service and fair pricing never go out of fashion! The drivers show up on time and are friendly (but not too chatty, as they are paying attention to the driving). You arrive at your destination safe and rested. Our ride to Bath was very relaxing! Steve was also able to assist when one in our party missed their flight and arrived a day later. He was able to regroup and send another driver so that our guest was not stressed. Arranged for a taxi for elderly relatives from Bath to Exeter. Steve was brilliant at sorting all the details despite being on holiday himself at the time. Then Marius the driver was an excellent host - on time, helpful, informative, safe and friendly. My relatives were comfy and impressed. Top job all round.

Bath Private Car Hire was a reliable transfer. We traveled from Bath to Heathrow with a sight seeing stop at Stonehenge. We kept changing our minds on where to visit along the way. Steve was very patient with us changing our mind and gave us a fair competitive fare. Response time was timely. Car was clean and was kept up well. Steve was very dependable and picked us up right on time. He was also very friendly and knowledgeable on the area, and gave us good information not only on Stonehenge, but also the shuttle from our Heathrow airport hotel to the airport the following morning. We have had car hires all over the world. It's so valuable to have a driver that helps you out in a foreign county. This was A+++ service.

Steve & Jose (our driver) made it all so easy! Jose picked us up in London & took us directly to our hotel in Bath. Reasonable price in a nice & clean Mercedes van (for 4 adults). We have also scheduled a return trip to Heathrow Airport. Highly recommend!!!

We used Steve’s services twice while in Bath - once for a day trip to Lyme Regis (with Steve) and once for our ride back to Heathrow (with Jose). Both Steve and Jose were incredibly professional and great, safe drivers. Steve gave us a great day trip and didn’t make us feel rushed while we completed our activities.
