    Unique indoor market
A unique and niche indoor market with an impressive collection of books, yarn and other specialist items. We visited while in town and it was very busy as it was a bank holiday. Entry is free and it's also dog friendly which is a plus.

Historic Market Housed in a Historic Building.
The Bath Guildhall Market has been around since the late 13th century. It was Bath's central marketplace from the Middle Ages up to its heyday during the 17th and 18th centuries. Today, it consists of over 20 stalls selling everything from A to Z, including fresh produce. We enjoyed shopping there and we especially liked their candy store. In sum, whatever you're looking for and whatever your price point, this splendid market has it.

    A haven for jewellery lovers
Entering the market seemed dull until we stumbled upon Stardust Jewellery, a corner shop with an impressive collection of jewellery like earrings, lockets, rings etc. The staff was very pleasant and helpful and the music that was playing gave an ambiance and vibe which seem to perfectly suit buyers to delve in your pockets and buy what catches your eye! I would say however, that it is a bit on the pricy side but if you love what you love and collect these beautiful intricate works of art, it wouldn’t stop you.

In Bath it is very expensive to eat out and so I recommend coming here to eat. They do a good selection at affordable prices - I had dinner here for less money than for a cuppa & snack at other places. The food is really nice and has nice staff. The other stalls in the market are really good too, I especially the craft one.

Architecture was interesting, but we didn't find anything we needed to buy. Shops sold an assortment of tourist items and there was one shop that had beautiful purses, but I had self-control! There were also coffee and sweet shops. I did have my picture taken with Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth!

Visted cute market in Guildhall, was surprised at how many stalls had wide variety to products. Enjoyed going to this market, felt like going back in time. Would recommend to visit at least once as its a different experience from markets today.

Interesting place and lots of history. Lots of interesting stalls and food. Worth a visit and going back tomorrow for another look as the stalls were packing up when we were there towards the end of the day

Interesting little market in the guildhall but not very exciting stalls. A variety of leather goods, sweets, cards, some clothes and garden items as well as hardware. It is not a market for tourists more for locals for necessary products but still fun to see.

Lovely old market filled with independent retailers! Nibbles cheese shop, the used bookstore, and the Time Out coffee place were all delightful in particular, owned by three very friendly and wonderful people. So worth if just to get off the high street and support the locals, plus the architecture helps :)
