Established in 1952, a family-run independent shop specialising in silver jewellery & unusual gifts. With Bath's largest collection of silver jewellery and a host of gift ideas, all set in a welcoming & relaxed atmosphere, visitors to the city really should call in at The Silver Shop. It's one of the city's longest-running shops, and one of the most popular shops for Bath's locals too.

Returned here to get a repair done from a braclet not bought from here but not a problem and happy to post back to me for a £1. 99 postage charge.

I took a beloved necklace bought from The Silver Shop given to me by my daughter Fiona& my son in law Rob 8back to the shop when Iaccidently broke it. They were so kind& professional &text me after 10 days so say it was ready. When I picked it up it looked as good as new as they had cleaned it& mended it FREE OF CHARGE! A wonderful experience. Thank you& I will back in next month.

I have just received the most wonderful service from the team at the Silver Shop. One of my favourite daisy earrings, bought from there a few years ago, sadly broke and I enquired whether it was repairable, thinking it might not be. The team responded so positively, offering to repair it, to polish the earrings and to return them to me by post to save a return trip. They have safely arrived here just a few days later. I can’t tell you how delighted I am and want others to know what a fabulous service the Silver Shop provides. Thank you!

I have been visiting The Silver Shop for many years and went in again yesterday to buy a present for my god daughter. The staff are all absolutely lovely, they make you feel welcome from the minute you enter the shop. They offer help and advice but leave you to look around in your own time which is so refreshing.
As you walk into the shop it is like entering Alladins Cave, I dont think that I have ever left without buying something.
Yesterday I was served by Lizzie who was amazing, she was helpful, gave me options and I eventually bought something that I was thrilled with. Sophie and the rest of the team were also really friendly and made me feel very welcome.
I love going into the shop and can confidently and unreservedly recommend it to anyone shopping in Bath.

Excellent service from a beautiful shop. I recently took a necklace to be repaired. It was a necklace that had been purchased from the shop several years ago. It was repaired in just a few days and posted back me. There was only a very small postage charge. The service and repairs are always brilliant. Often with little or no charge. It is so good to have independent retailers offering such good service. Thank you again Silver Shop.

We came upon the shop as we explored Bath and found it charming and staff professional but very welcoming and friendly. We bought 4 rings all quite unique that i have not seen elsewhere for good prices. Will definitely go again on my next visit to Bath!

What amazing service.
I bought the beautiful Topaz necklace super value £20from the shop and enquired if they could fix two of my own silver rings that were well and truly broken and misshapen.
Imagine my surprise when a few days later I had a text to tell me that they had fixed my rings.
It cost only £8 for extensive repair to two rings. Clearly this was done as they love to help out as it wouldn’t cover wages and time.!
The Celtic knot ring was the first present I bought my partner 27 years ago from The jewellers that used to be under the royal exchange in Manchester. We both had little money at the time and the meaning behind the ring outweighs its value. Some things cannot be replaced.
