Myself and two teen daughters did the taster lesson today with John and it was brilliant fun. Despite the rain and being thoroughly soaked we learned safety, stand up techniques, turning and stopping. Essentially all the basics you need to paddle board. Can’t recommend highly enough for some fun and exercise- just remember spare dry clothes

Absolutely brilliant beginner course with Jon. I couldn’t fault it. Full safety briefing, top quality equipment, quick into the water and we were all standing up with 15 mins. Fabulous spot on the River Avon with great pub options for food and a drink afterwards. Highly highly recommended.

The instructor was excellent, with a nice, easy going manner. Everybody (there were 6 of us) was standing up within 20 mins, and there were plenty of fun things to do/try.
Location is great as there is a pub with food (The Jolly Sailor) at the centre.

We went to Clevedon lake with our Cubs and Scouts and for the majority it was a first experience. I had THE BEST time, and I think the kids did too!! For me it was an amazing experience - even when I got pushed in by one of the kids!! Thank you to our instructors John (and a lady whose name I didn’t catch sorry), who were both brilliant, so patient and really reassuring. We were all standing in our boards by the end - some longer than others but we did it!!! Definitely recommend and will 100% be going again! Thank you.

Really enjoyed our paddleboard session yesterday. Small friendly group, given clear instructions and helpful advice, especially regarding water safety. All equipment was in good condition and a very pretty setting. Would recommend.

Had a fun session with Jon. Wanted something to do in the summer holidays that would get the teenagers out of the house. Easy booking online, good location with pub nearby for refreshments afterwards. The session was fun, Jon was very knowledgeable, patient, reassuring and able to manage the differing abilities in our group.
A really enjoyable session, even the teenagers were impressed and want to do it again!

A great session led by John, never been on a board before but came back dry! I found it really hard to stand at the beginning but with Johns calm and matter of fact guidance I was able to over come the “wobbles” and really enjoy my time on the river. Will definitely be back.

John was a great instructor and made it really fun for the children with games that encouraged them to fall in. He is full of knowledge which was great as I'm a beginner but have just bought my own board. I'd really recommend it for all ages. I've been with several companies and he was the best I thought.

A great taster session suitable for my teenage granddaughter and myself in a tranquil setting on the River Avon with stunning views, ducks and a swan cruising by. The coach was excellent and taught all the basic skills and safety information in a friendly and fun way. Good value for money too. We loved it!
