Brilliant vaccination centre. Phil and his colleague in booth 4 were very professional and efficient. Would go back for further boosters

We visited as a family, with both my daughters and their children, so 9 of us in total. Getting parked and into the venue was good and well organised, lots of marshals. We watched the fireworks, lovely music and impressive fireworks, it felt less than the 15 minutes advertised, but they were good nonetheless. Huge queues for food and it was really expensive. The most disappointing thing was the fairground rides. £5 each for a child for a ride lasting less than a minute. The rides were really disorganised and children’s safety not taken into consideration. Most fair rides have an in and out system so people can get on and off safely and it’s fair because you have queued up. These rides didn’t we had to queue to try to get on twice, then we could not get to get the kids off very easily, I was actually worried about their safety, we couldn’t see them, they couldn’t see us and we couldn’t get onto the ride to get them off. More organisation is needed here. The food was good and the mulled gin tasty but it was only warm not hot when served. We got out really easily from the car park though so no big queues. I have been to better organised firework events so we won’t be visiting next time.

What a thrill it was to feel ‘normal’ once again, Saturday was probably the first day since last March where I got to forget about the pandemic for one night!

Be wary of the ‘one star brigade’, I imagine it was a kneejerk review in light of the leaving chaos…yes it was chaos and frustrating…but did it make the racing less enjoyable, did it make the Kaiser Chief less entertaining, did it dampen the overall atmosphere throughout the day, did it make the beer taste any less good - for me the answer to all of those was no!

The exiting was poorly organised and needed better leadership, and for that I have deducted one star - I don’t see why it needs any more than that!

We had a full days entertainment for the price of a 90min football ticket! Yes the catering and such was expensive on site but you would’ve been living under a rock if you didn’t expect that. It would be nice if venues like this could find a way to make food and drink a little more wallet friendly - £8 for a standard burger and £6 a pint equals a very expensive day out.

The racing was exhilarating, even though i didn’t pick a single winner! And the Kaiser Chiefs raised the roof and you could feel the positive vibes in the crowd.

I really really really hope they get more top artists booked for the future - I will be returning.

What should have been a great night out was ruined by the 2hrs we sat on the bus trying to get out I can forgive the long queues for the toilet and bars but the chaos in the car park was ridiculous.

Just attended the Rag and Bone Man concert at Bath Racecourse. Utter Chaos !!! Been to few meets and evening events at the racecourse and the organisation just gets worse every time !!
They just employ casual local labour, with no experience or training and the result is obvious. Long queues for toilets and food and took an hour and a half to get out of the car park, with no one of experience directing the traffic.
Like previous comments, I will not be going to another evening event at Bath Racecourse !!!

I've been to the venue many times before, but yesterday's event with Kaiser Chiefs playing after was absolute chaos! The queue for the toilets were massive, I felt sorry for the ladies and thier queue was even longer, once in the toilets you had people pushing infront of you, people urinating in the sink and smoking inside, and these toilets did have an attendant, just turned a blind eye to it all. Leaving the event was an utter joke, over an hour to get out, the attendants were getting it in the neck from all angles, terrible planning by the organisers. Won't be back to an evening event again, and judging by the other reviews, I'm not going to be the only one!

Won’t be going again, crammed in like sardines & if you want the toilet be prepared to queue for an hour, not enough toilets for the volume of people & for getting out the car park at the end of the night! Took 2 hours! Total chaos no organisation.

Two hours sat in their car park without moving an inch due to inept traffic management. If you plan on driving, take a tent and a sleeping bag. Never again.

I am a professional chauffeur and was picking up clients from event on Friday 30th July 2021.
It took one and a half hours to get out.
It was totally disorganised and having a lot of experience of attending events this was by far the worst.
The Marshalls were totally disorganised and unprofessional.
They seemed to have no experience of dealing with traffic at this kind of event.

Really nice race course and very well kept and managed. I booked for the Royal Crescent suite, which came with a three course meal and viewing balcony of the race course. Food, and staff were really good and the views across the race course from the balcony were really good. Nice intimate race course.
