Lovely place to visit, I was very impressed with Bath in general even though it was a rainy day! I can imagine it in a sunny day!

The gardens cost £1.50 to enter which means they are very quiet and peaceful, as well as being clean and well maintained. There are some lovely displays and some nice views of the weir and bridge. There is plenty of seating too and shade for...More

Very disappointed with the fact you have to pay £1.50 to enter the garden essentially a park even in London Hyde park is free totally not worth the money the cafe is also a rip off shame on them!

Have to admit weather was not too great when we visited, even then park was a bit too small. River view and Putney Bridge view can be seen from path which is opposite to park.

1.50 GBP is all that it costs to enjoy this delightful park/garden alongside the River Avon. Enjoy the tranquility or a gentle meander. A great spot for taking photos of the weir & Pultney Bridge.

There was beautiful sunshine the day we were there, which showed the gardens in all their glory. It is a lovely spot beside the River Avon, in view of the weir and Pulteney Bridge. There was a happy atmosphere, with people sunning themselves in deckchairs,...More

Such a pretty vantage point! Worth it for the picture bragging rights alone . You can walk from the bridge down to the cathedrals and Baths. A really great walking city , you’ll get a sore neck constantly looking up !

Lots of flowers and flowering shrubs. Very serene with nice walking paths. Great spot for pictures of Pulteney Bridge. Very few visitors when we were there at opening time of 10:00. Small entrance fee

It's a beautiful garden which at the time we were there had a great Jane Austen display which was lots of fun.

The gardens are beautifully situated in the centre of bath, by the weir and the river. The grounds are small but very pretty. When we visited in May all the tulips were flowering and it was full of colour. Great views! Perfect for our son...More

It says it doesn’t allow dogs but there’s rarely anyone there to say you’re not allowed too. If you still don’t fancy risking it, there’s a walk way on the opposite side of the river which allows dogs.
