We booked a private pasta making group session (Cook your Creations) as our company's Christmas Party and it was fantastic. Right from the initial booking, Federico couldn't have been more helpful. On arrival, everything was all set up waiting for us and we were instantly put at ease. Federico was an excellent teacher, giving us just the right balance of theory and practical knowledge. We had such a laugh making and then cooking our pasta, while the sauces that had been made were exceptional! The Pasta Laboratory was the perfect location for our company party and Federico was a great host. We will certainly be returning again in the future.

We arrived for the morning course and were warmly greeted by the instructor. During the actual course he went into great detail about the theory of how to make good pasta, ensuring that we could then go on and repeat it for ourselves at home! All of this would be repeated in an email, showing that the instructor truly cared about us having a good experience even after we left. Everyone in the course ended up making a very generous amount of fresh pasta, which we then had cooked for us with a choice of simple but delicious sauce! Overall, it was a brilliant experience for the family, and we'll be eating a lot more pasta in the near future!

My friend and I had a private pasta making lesson with Federico and it was great fun and we learnt a lot in a great cooking space. He talked us through all the stages ensuring we knew what helps make the pasta successful and ensuring we had 3 different types to taste / take home, providing us with some tasty sauces and recipe ideas to try at home. He followed up with an email to ensure we didn't forget what we had learnt. Would recommend the class.

What an amazing family adventure. A great experience for both adults and older children. We were with the experienced pasta chef Federico who took us through the whole pasta making experience from start to finish to cooking to eating! You cannot beat fresh made egg pasta! Federico was so attentive and great instructing the children. He even managed to make them clear up and wash up afterwards. A great fun event to involve all the family and a pint with it too! Thank you.

Fabulous. Frederico was a blast. Very informative, very knowledgeable and great company. We ended up staying much longer than planned and every moment was a pleasure. We made tortellini and tagliatelle and both were superb. No surprise he is No. 1 in Bath.

Frederico runs a great group pasta workshop. Very personable and knowledgeable and good teacher. Instruction was clear and easy to follow and help was at hand throughout. Everyone achieved really good results and Frederico took the fear out of pasta making. We all learnt a lot in a short time in a relaxed environment and sampling the pasta for lunch was really enjoyable. His sauces and fillings were delicious and the proof really was in the eating. Will definitely be getting a pasta machine and will start to make fresh pasta at home. Excellent day and highly recommend

Fredrico really does make this experience easy, fun and delicious. Really easy step by step guide to creating pasta with lots of ‘what not to dos!’ Which helped lots. Lovely wine served during the experience and the 3 sauces to try with our creations were well made and so fresh. Thanks

Lovely experience. Federico was so patient and really took the time to make sure everyone understood what they were supposed to do. He didn’t give up until I made my tortellini the proper way. We then cooked and ate our own pasta. Oh, and let’s not forget the delicious wine! This was a gift from a friend. Because of issues with the booking system, they had to reschedule my booking, but kindly offered me an extra ticket to make up for the inconvenience (great customer service). I would def recommend it for a fun half day in Bath!

A unique experience located in a gorgeous spot just outside the centre of Bath. Exercise those carbs off before you eat them by walking up Lansdowne Hill (it’s a long steep climb, but totally worth it) Pasta Laboratory is a relaxing environment where you can learn to make fresh pasta under the guidance of an expert. Frederico will send you home with plenty of pasta and top tips to give the confidence to make it again at home. It’s the ideal experience you for couples, groups of friends or someone flying solo who want to learnt to make pasta with confidence, no prior experience required and you can enjoy a glass of wine before during and after the course, the perks of being located in a pub. I would absolutely attend again, maybe a morning session so I can eat the pasta straight away for lunch!

A cracking, fun filled few hours making delicious pasta. Federico was funny, informative and friendly. Made it easy to listen and learn in layman's terms. A full class, but plenty of space to work. Lots of laughs, possibly helped by a few glasses of delicious wine! Would highly recommend booking this class.
