Interesting historical facts, helpful knowledgable volunteers, museum closing until March, when more exhibits will be on show Just hope they still have the delicious cake to have with the tea or coffee Very enjoyable visit , despite it being so cold

The demonstration of the blue pattern transfer process was my favorite part of my trip! The passion of the volunteer workers shows. I enjoyed my stop at this scrappy museum.More

Very enjoyable visit with two small children on a wet morning. Very knowledgeable staff who told us interesting things about the history of the site and the pottery industry. A quiz sheet for the children which keep them entertained trying to spot the pictures on...More

This museum is run by knowledgeable staff and volunteers and is free to enter. Plenty to see and much to learn here. Also many patterns and designs of china can be purchased at very reasonable prices.

The staff there were extremely helpful and went out of their way to explain the history of the buildings, the china and the process. Its free with a great canteen were we had lunch before touring the main area. Well worth a visit.

Informative, run all by volunteers I think, also do demonstrations. They have a little tea room just doing teas and cake, but just outside thier front door is a great Cafe.

Thank you for your Review. Yes, the Heritage Centre is managed by volunteers to whom we are extremely grateful. They do a grand job managing centre and our Blue Willow Café. Do come and see us again - the galley displays are constantly changing.

There is no access for wheelchairs up a narrow set of Georgian stone steps to the Blue Room upstairs but the entire ground floor is accessible by wheelchair with permanent ramps in place in all areas. There are extensive displays of rare and stunningly beautiful...More
